It would be nice for ONCE to call customer service at Best Buy, Walmart, Amazon or Target and get an AMERICAN ON THE PHONE instead of some Indian who cant speak a word of English

Nothing worse than being stranded in your own home. The Indian embassy should set up a special bureau in India for Indians in America in India feeling stranded.
