My dad wanted a German Shepherd his whole life, and when he retired, he got one. I was visiting him one night as he sat watching television, drinking his ever present cup of coffee.
He asked if I wanted some ice cream, so he put his coffee down and the two of us walked into the kitchen.
When we came back, his dog had her entire muzzle inside his cup, her tongue making a “blup blup blup” sound as she lapped up the coffee from inside the mug!
My dad thought it was hilarious!

The younger of my two dachshunds likes beer. The hopier the beer the more he is drawn to it. I have to watch him like a hawk to keep his snout out of it.

LOL...what the heck does that do to a nervous dog??? Caffeine probably isn’t good for dogs, but...when I consider all the nasty things I have seen them eat, it can’t be THAT bad in comparison!

Yea our old mix dog loves beer and he’s 12. Recognizes the yuengling cans. Border collie loves it too but doesn’t get it, it disagrees with her.
