What are the odds that the culprit was (or is) employed by or working for one of the three letter alphabet federal agencies?

To me it looks like the person on the video is trying to get picked up on camera, even looking up at the camera at a few points.

It’s too perfect to be put together from many different pieces of video making it not believable. This must be making Bongino toss cookies, on his show he was constantly going into details and clearly more was known. Dan is boxed in, bet he wants out and yet not enough time has gone by to leave the post.
The building and parking garage at 1st and north carolina belongs to the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (lobby) and just up the street the american trucking association (lobby not union). Very funny.
An easy $500,000 for Chris Wray to earn.
