Although a greater emphasis on the U.S. Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land and the securer of God-given rights to our lives and liberties is greatly needed, Senator Tommy Tuberville thankfully made a clear statement that America is under the Rule of Law of the U.S. Constitution and Shira Law, which is patently anti-constitutional and anti-America, has NO PLACE in America WHATSOEVER.

In addition Muslim theology is interwoven with the governing body. Separation of church and state is in our constitution and this is wise. When government and church merge tyranny always follows. Iran is a perfect example of this horror. Also the inquisition in Spain, the Church of England and the King when the king was absolutely the power years ago. The hundreds of years of violence between the Catholic South of Ireland and the mostly Church of England North Ireland has it roots in the Church State relationship of the British Crown.
Christianity and Judaism are a moderating voice on government. Never should either be a part of government.
