This is a much bigger scandal than the media can wrap their arms around, and it is a little frustrating.
As we have repeatedly outlined, FBI spying operations in 2015/2016 shifted into FBI operation “Crossfire Hurricane,” that shifted into FBI operations with Robert Mueller, that shifted into FBI operations with impeachment, that shifted into FBI operations with J6 targeting aka “Arctic Frost,” that shifted into FBI operations with Jack Smith. It is all part of one long continuum.
Now the FBI is releasing information that Arctic Frost also resulted in the surveillance of members of congress. The phone records of several members of congress were part of the Arctic Frost operation.

[SOURCE]
FOX NEWS – Former Special Counsel Jack Smith was allegedly tracking the private communications and phone calls of nearly a dozen Republican Senators as part of his investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riots, Fox News Digital has learned.
A document, reviewed by Fox News Digital, revealed that Smith and his “Arctic Frost” team investigating Jan. 6 were allegedly tracking the phone calls of GOP Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Josh Hawley of Missouri, Cynthia Lummis of Wyoming, Bill Hagerty of Tennessee, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama and GOP Rep. Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania.
The document, recently discovered by FBI Director Kash Patel and exclusively obtained by Fox News Digital, is titled “CAST Assistance” and dated Sept. 27, 2023. “CAST” refers to the FBI’s cellular analysis survey team.
The document, which has the names of FBI agents involved redacted, marks the case ID as “ARCTIC FROST—Election Law Matters—SENSITIVE INVESTIGATIVE MATTER—CAST.” (read more)
It is somewhat frustrating that it is taking this much time for the FBI to locate the evidence of the weaponization we all know exists.
FBI operation Arctic Frost was targeting anyone who was supportive of President Trump and the concerns around the stolen 2020 election outcome. This was the objective of the massive surveillance effort that included warrants against the electronic records of congress and private citizens.
The results of this massive data collection were then sent to the J6 Committee for exploitation and targeting. The J6 committee deleted much of the information. Jack Smith then took over.

Oh Jack, What have you done? You’ve been a naughty little boy. Assume the position.

Why would the FBI spy on faggot Lindsey Graham? He voted to accept Biden’s fraudulent electors on January 6th, and even congratulated Kamel Toe on the Senate floor, while patting her shoulder. And Marsha Blackburn??? She frigging voted for Biden’s fraudulent electors, after proclaiming days earlier, that she was going to reject them. Rand Paul did the same.

They OWN him. That is why he votes like he does. Spying on him means they have all the goods on him and he has to do what they say.

I’ve been saying that for 8 years. It was obvious from the beginnings of “Russian collusion”.

And WHEN the democrats get in, they will do it all again. No memos, no “policy changes”, no new laws will stop it.
One and only ONE thing will stop it. The ARREST and imprisonment of the FBI agents involved, and everyone in the chain of command that was involved. This was deeply criminal... and Blondie won’t do a thing except run to Fox. Congress, including those spied on, won’t do a thing, except complain and issue strongly worded letters.
And the FBI will STILL get it’s now multibillion dollar HQ center.

First of all, could Smith just get the records from the phone companies without a warrant, and if not, did a judge sign off on this?
As far as I can tell, this is not actual content of phone calls, but the meta data that is collected such as phone numbers call, duration of the call, and the location of the calls.
While everyone seems to be outraged at this, we probably need to be more outraged that this is probably legal, and probably happened a lot more than we even know.

"They OWN him. That is why he votes like he does. Spying on him means they have all the goods on him and he has to do what they say."
They probably already had plenty of dirt on Miss Lindsey, long before January 6, 2021. The FBI just threw him in there to make it look like he wasn't already an asset of theirs.
