“Then Harris decided to pardon EVERYONE?”
Could money have changes hands for the pardons?

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the VP doesn’t possess the power to pardon. That only belongs to the president.
So any pardon approved by Harris and not by Biden is invalid.

And a related question:
Who will know about it if the mainstream media doesn’t report it?

The fact that Biden said he authorized the signatures is all the proof you need. The president has certain powers and if you don’t want him exercising those powers, don’t vote for him. Trump said he declassified the documents and that is all the proof you need. I didn’t support going after Trump for classified documents. I don’t think we should be going after Biden. I’m torn because they went after Trump.

A Vice President cannot issue a valid federal pardon because the authority to grant pardons rests solely with the President of the US under the U.S. Constitution, and this power cannot be delegated.
Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution grants the President sole power to grant reprieves and pardons for federal offenses. The President cannot delegate this power to another official, including the Vice President.

Biden aides initially insisted he personally sign by hand any official presidential actions. But by the end of his term, the standard had been abandoned, according to an internal memo obtained by Just the News.
Note that President Trumps signs all his documents in public with a new pen and much flourish.
It is with intent and purpose.
