The White House released a statement on the Bondi, Bongino clash on Friday afternoon.
Earlier Friday it was reported that FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino took a day off from work after a clash with Attorney General Pam Bondi over the handling of the Epstein files.
The blowup between Bondi and Bongino happened after the FBI, DOJ released a 2-page memo on Sunday concluding Jeffrey Epstein did not have a “client list” and that he committed suicide.
“Bongino did not report to work Friday amid speculation about his whereabouts, said a source familiar with the perspectives of DOJ leaders who also believes that Bongino is considering leaving,” NBC News reported.

White House Principal Deputy Press Secretary Harrison Fields released a statement on the Bondi-Bongino clash.
“President Trump has assembled a highly qualified and experienced law and order team dedicated to protecting Americans, holding criminals accountable, and delivering justice to victims. This work is being carried out seamlessly and with unity. Any attempt to sow division within this team is baseless and distracts from the real progress being made in restoring public safety and pursuing justice for all,” Harrison Fields said.
White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt provided a statement to NBC News: “President Trump is proud of Attorney General Bondi’s efforts to execute his Make America Safe Again agenda, restore the integrity of the Department of Justice, and bring justice to victims of crime. The continued fixation on sowing division in President Trump’s Cabinet is baseless and unfounded in reality.”

I think they know very well we do.
If it were me (and I did not want to release the files for whatever reason) I would have:
(1) Played the national security card.
(2) Promised that files would be released once national security issues had been resolved
That buys time—you can stall indefinitely with that.

The only good thing about this episode is that it’s the first time Democrats have ever even pretended to care about the Epstein files.
For all the issues today, God spared us from complete disaster in 2024.
I think it was just a reprieve not a final solution or answer. Nobody knows what the future holds, but I am not optimist, human nature being what it is.
Until Jesus returns, nothing much is going to seriously change. The elites will always be corrupt power brokers and we will always be at the bottom of the heap hoping for the best in this world.
Fortunately God has provided for us an opportunity for a perfect forever with HIm, if we just avail ourselves of it.

The best thing Dan can do for Dan is to resign if Trump doesnt get rid of Bondi.
BUT, Trump is going to lose a lot of support if Dan resigns and that can make a difference in the next election. We have already got a problem with MUSK taking away votes because Trump backed Bessent over Musk and his black eye.

Maybe some malpractice lawyers on this site can explain if Dershowitz is already on the verge of violating the attorney Client privilege
It’s a good thing we don’t take politicians literally. I’m waiting to see how much less in social security tax I’ll have to pay next year at tax time.

If Trump were in the files they could just easily white out the part where his name appears and release the rest so that makes ZERO sense..also if Trump were in the files Biden’s DOJ, who sent the feds to his house and raided it, and tried killing him TWICE..would have released it easy peasy, Biden wouldn’t have had to drop out and he would have been re-elected..so yeah that doesn’t pass the smell test..the names in those files are most likely foreign leaders from numerous countries that if the names came out, the US would not be able to work with them anymore
Oh yeah I forgot to mention one more thing.
I would fire er promote Bondi (well make her ambassador to a country of her choice to keep her happy and gone). However she would not be allowed to be in any country where English is the official language.

I could not care less about Epstein and the teenage whores. At 17 they were fair game and nothing will come of it no matter what happens to the files.
