One of the YUUUUGE Tells that something is definitely amiss in the case of accused Minnesota shooter Vance Boelter is that police did NOT confiscate the cell phone of his pizza delivery roommate. Does this make sense? They entered his home early and tore it apart looking for evidence yet somehow allowed the Sweaty Pizza Delivery Guy to keep his phone so that he could later go out and go through the motions of reading a text message from the shooter while be sure to tell reporters that his buddy is a REPUBLICAN who voted for TRUMP? So has law enforcement ever gotten around to doing what they should have done from the get-go, namely CONFISCATED the cell phone with text messages from the suspect? Also why are none of the mainstream media "journalists" showing the least bit of interest in the LACK of confiscation of the phone. If anybody out there can give me a rational explanation on why the police did NOT confiscate Pizza Guy's cell phone right at the start when they searched his home, I sure would like to hear it.
PING!

They may have been waiting on a warrant for the phone.
They don’t need the physical phone to retrieve the location data etc…
Well… you’re presuming that it really was his phone and that sweaty pizza guy isn’t a paid actor…
How do you know?
Um, okay - for what purpose?
Do you know for a fact investigators did not handle the phone (at some point when they talked to the guy), and see the messages for themselves?
How do you know they didn’t use the facilities of CALEA (passed back in Clinton’s time in office) and review the messages that way (look at the message as it had transited the cell phone/data network)?
Lotta holes here all the way ‘round ...
You mean they searched Pizza Guy's home based on a warrant that somehow left out the cell phone? Not buying that.
Fat guy on the porch supposed to look stressed about roommates murderous activity.
Who took the picture of him sitting there ?
This whole thing stinks of propaganda.
Time Stamps can be edited and modified. Absolutely nothing is reliable evidence anymore.

Per a sheriff in the Twin Cities, now police routinely just grab all the Records from the cell phone carrier.
Faster, by-passes the security and who cares what has been erased.
Maybe they needed a warrant to take his phone out of his hand in his own home and they didn’t have one…?
But I am surprised, too, that it wasn’t confiscated. Maybe they’ll come back for it.
I’m in total agreement that this whole case stinks.
Why ?
Cuz his last name isn’t Lindell.
What is the probable cause? What crime are the roommates suspected of by authorities?
Media interviews?
He’s gonna starve if they take away his food stamps!..................
So if my roommate commits a crime, my cell phone gets confiscated? That makes no sense. There is ZERO probable cause to take it, especially when they already have the shooter’s phone. Communications between them is on that phone as well. But the presence of ANY communications is not evidence of communications related to a crime. There is ZERO reason to presume that the pizza guy was a co-conspirator in any way. That’s nuts.

Exactly. A lot of that stuff is metadata and doesn’t require a warrant even ...
The DemonRATs are trying to keep that false flag waving.
