Watch: Iranians tried to launch a missile at Israel - and were eliminated from the air. In a quick turnaround, the Air Force identified and eliminated surface-to-air missile launch operatives seconds before they reached a launcher south of Tehran. The operatives were eliminated and the launcher was destroyed.

The Iranians can have as many missiles as they want, but if Israel takes out the launchers it’s a moot point. They’re not bottle rockets.

I'm certain the IDF has attack aircraft units hunting launchers. Not easy to find as large as Iran is, but they do seem to be slowly eliminating them.
They may have 3,000+ ballistic missiles, but a much smaller (and finite) number of mobile launchers.

They should add a high pitched scream to the rocket.

The launchers are cheaper and easier to replace, but there is a time lag that will give Israel time to destroy more missiles and missile manufacturing facilities.
I heard that the dent in Iranian missile production benefits Ukraine because they are supplying the Russians Soviets.

Believe it or not, Israel had some post war Stukas, early in its history.
It was a Stuka but with some huge supercharged engine put in it.
I recall the museum saying something along the lines of 50% faster than the original but extremely difficult to fly.

They were said to have had rather interesting handling issues too.
