CNN reports:
“Russian ballistic missiles and drones have been launched toward Ukraine from multiple directions, the Ukrainian Air Force said on Telegram Friday.
Fires caused by falling debris and drone strikes were reported in buildings across Kyiv, as Ukraine attempted to repel the Russian attack, the Head of Kyiv City Military Administration Tymur Tkachenko said. A CNN producer in the Kyiv region reported hearing at least two explosions.”

It wasn't just bombers sitting on tarmacs, it was bombers sitting on tarmacs in order to remain “visible and observable by national technical means of verification” to comply with the Strategic Arms Limitation Treaty (SALT) and the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START) with the United States. Zelensky and his cohorts apparently decided to attack them without coordinating with President Trump despite Ukraine using U.S. money and weaponry to fight their war.
They knew what line they were crossing and did it anyway. Zelensky and his cohorts love sending white Christian men to their deaths and are not going to stop.

It was bombers sitting on tarmacs armed with missiles about to strike Ukraine. (Yes, drone footage shows the missiles attached to underwing pylons.) But in your mind Ukraine was not allowed to strike back.

The photos of the burned aircraft do not show blast damage from ignited warheads.
