If we can turn them away at the border without “due process”, we should be able to turn them away in similar fashion if they manage to evade the border police.
As a naturalized US citizen since 1970, I agree 100% that illegal immigrants are not owed any due process, except prompt deportation. Crossing the border illegally -or- overstaying visa are proven crimes already, based on existing immigration laws. Local district judge is not needed to confirm the crime. The laws are already on the books for decades. If every illegal immigrant has to processed through courts, it will be 1000 years before the current crop of illegals are processed though courts. In the meanwhile, next democrat admin will import another 10 or 20 million illegals. Wake up America. We are nothing as a country if laws are ignored blatantly.

Actually they are receiving the process that is due to them. They are not citizens and do not have any “right” to be here. The law says they can be deported for being undesirables. Deporting MS-13 gentlemen and Moslems with visas who gin up riots and scream hate at this country is done with the process due them i.e. we don’t shoot them.

Repurpose the Federal district judges to hear these cases. There are 94 districts and 670 judges. As there is no due process a case should take 5 minutes, let’s say 10per hour equals 80 a day. Times 7 is 560 a week per judge. Times 670 equals 375,200 per week. Times 52 weeks is 19,510,400. And that would be before the 2026 midterms.
If a judge refuses, fire the judge on the spot.
If you enter the country illegally... Then you are already a criminal, and then you expect the government to treat you like a citizen? That’s not happening and should never happen. Biden treated them like citizens, but that gravy train has left the station.
I wish I could cash a forged check for $9,995 and call it error in judgement.
