Judge Paula Xinis postponed discovery in Kilmar Abrego Garcia for one week in response to the Trump Administration’s request for a delay.
The judge did not give a reason for her decision to postpone the discovery.
“The Court has reviewed Defendants’ Motion to Stay and Plaintiffs’ Response. With the agreement of parties, the Court hereby ORDERS that discovery shall be stayed until April 30, 2025, at 5:00 PM,” the judge wrote.

The impression given by Circuit Judge Thacker would have you think that Garcia is as pure as wind-driven snow.

As for Raskin, I had run-ins with the pothead commie freak when Takoma Park had a Handgun Committee on which he held a seat (way before his move to Capitol Hill). He and his fellow travelers on that committee tried their damndest to find a way to ban handguns in TP. Working with friends in Maryland RKBA community, we monkey wrenched them as best we could, embarrassing them and having a grand time doing it. They were unsuccessful.
I was born and raised in TP, before it became a third world shithole. Maryland has been a lost cause for a few decades. My condolences to you.

The second judge found Abrego releasable into the United States and released him. Regarding the wife, no protective order was issued and the case was dropped. It fails to rise above the level of an allegation. It was not just Judge Thacker, but he was joined by Circuit Judge King.
