Joe Biden loaded up the pardon shotgun and fired it. He has pre-emptively pardoned Anthony Fauci, Mark Milley and the entire Jan 6 committee.

Mark Milley (Ret.), and others who some speculated may have faced investigations under the incoming Trump administration on Monday.Oddly, Biden excluded Jack Smith and Merrick Garland.Biden's pardons come just hours before he is set to depart the White House and President-elect Trump takes the oath of office once again. The pardon also applies to a litany of people involved in the January 6 select committee investigation.
In addition to the named individuals, the pardon applies to, "Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee."

The Jan 6 committee concocted the latest version of the Russian collusion conspiracy. Schiff, Johnson, Cheney, Kinzinger- they may all be presumed guilty of criminal conspiracy, mendacity, destruction of evidence and fraud. Bennie Johnson was already begging for a pardon.
It may not be certified in a courtroom but let there be no doubt that they are indeed guilty we've ever asserted. The investigations should continue despite the fact that this will see democrats crying about them being unnecessary and costly. This is a road map for guilt.

To my knowledge, the pardons are done by EOs. Those EOs are listed, and linked to PDFs of the full texts. The website is days late. Hmm.
Heck, Trump should sue them for slander committed while they were not in sessions of Congress.
While I do want to see Fauci squirm he is small fry. His enablers need to be dragged through the system.
Fauci now has immunity from prosecution on federal crimes. But that should not free him from investigation and prosecution at the state level for harms he inflicted on the citizenry of states. Hopefully there are at least a few Republican state governments and attorneys general out there with spines.

At the time many of us were convinced it would burn us a thousand times over—but it has taken many decades for us to be proven correct.
We need to start a petition on change.org or somewhere to investigate everyone Biden pardoned, charge them with any crimes that the facts support, and let them have a trial by a jury of their peers, with the understanding being that the purpose of this exercise is to reveal the truth.
If they obstruct or commit any crimes in the process, these are not protected. Biden gave them a pardon and not immunity.
And at least let them go down in infamy for their crimes.
And then let civil suits begin.
