Biden pardons Milley, Fauci and the Jan 6 committee. Wonder no more about their guilt. Wonder no more about the conspiracies.

Wonder about their guilt no more. Everything we've said is true.

Joe Biden loaded up the pardon shotgun and fired it. He has pre-emptively pardoned Anthony Fauci, Mark Milley and the entire Jan 6 committee.

President Biden pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley (Ret.), and others who some speculated may have faced investigations under the incoming Trump administration on Monday.

Biden's pardons come just hours before he is set to depart the White House and President-elect Trump takes the oath of office once again. The pardon also applies to a litany of people involved in the January 6 select committee investigation.

In addition to the named individuals, the pardon applies to, "Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee."

Oddly, Biden excluded Jack Smith and Merrick Garland.

Biden cements his legacy as one of galactic corruption and failure and clinches worst President in history.

Condemnation of the move began to pour in almost immediately on Monday. Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., blasted Biden's legacy minutes after the order dropped.

"The guy who claimed he would ‘protect norms’ continues to bulldoze them and the Constitution until the bitter end. Biden truly is one of the worst Presidents in American history and will only be remembered as the guy between Trump’s two terms," Schmitt wrote on X.

This vindicates absolutely everything we've been saying for the last four years.

Milley is a traitor (I am wondering if treason can be pardoned)

Fauci is a corrupt liar.

The Jan 6 committee concocted the latest version of the Russian collusion conspiracy. Schiff, Johnson, Cheney, Kinzinger- they may all be presumed guilty of criminal conspiracy, mendacity, destruction of evidence and fraud. Bennie Johnson was already begging for a pardon.

It may not be certified in a courtroom but let there be no doubt that they are indeed guilty we've ever asserted. The investigations should continue despite the fact that this will see democrats crying about them being unnecessary and costly. This is a road map for guilt.

Pardons do not stop Congressional investigations.

Did Joe Biden himself sign these documents, or was some kind of “electronically verified” signature involved? Maybe this was some kind of forgery, that should be checked into, or if there is a finding that Joe was in such a degree of cognitive decline that he was no longer in possession of his facilities, have the veracity of his signature negated.

Wills have been challenged on far lesser grounds.

If the Speaker of the House had some balls on him, he could Hold Hearings and FORCE Every one of them to CONFESS on LIVE TV!!! Or Jail them for refusing to answer.

“U.S. CODE
TITLE 2—THE CONGRESS
CHAPTER 6—CONGRESSIONAL AND COMMITTEE PROCEDURE; INVESTIGATIONS
Sec. 193. Privilege of witnesses
No witness is privileged to refuse to testify to any fact, or to produce any paper, respecting which he shall be examined by either House of Congress, or by any joint committee established by a joint or concurrent resolution of the two Houses of Congress, or by any committee of either House, upon the ground that his testimony to such fact or his production of such paper may tend to disgrace him or otherwise render him infamous.”

Simply look up Hinds Precedents, especially chapters 53 and 51, and Cannon’s Precedents, especially chapters 184-185. You’ll find numerous detailed cases of Congress asserting its power, arresting people, holding them until they agreed to answer questions, and then releasing them. Some of these people did not refuse to appear, but simply failed to satisfactorily answer questions.

Congress has the authority to arrest and imprison those found in Contempt. The power extends throughout the United States and is an inherent power (does not depend upon legislated act)

If found in Contempt the person can be arrested under a warrant of the Speaker of the House of Representatives or President of the Senate, by the respective Sergeant at Arms.

Statutory criminal contempt is an alternative to inherent contempt.

Under the inherent contempt power Congress may imprison a person for a specific period of time or an indefinite period of time, except a person imprisoned by the House of Representatives may not be imprisoned beyond adjournment of a session of Congress.

Imprisonment may be coercive or punitive.

In 1857, a New York Times reporter refused to say which members of Congress had asked him to get them bribes (protecting his “sources” just as various Judith Millers today protect the people who feed them proven lies that costs thousands of lives), so Congress locked him up until he answered and then banned him from Congress.

In 1924 an oil executive appeared but refused to answer certain questions, so the Senate held — literally held — him in contempt. Senator Thomas Walsh of Montana argued that this question of contempt was of the gravest importance, and that it involved “the very life of the effective existence of the House of Representatives of the United States and of the Senate of the United States.” The matter was taken to court, and the witness fined and imprisoned.

Doesn't stop State investigations either. Florida has one ongoing right now.

One would expect other States to join...

First, I think these should be challenged in court, and hope that will happen.

But they are not immune to civil action. Such as a class action suit against Fauci on behalf of all humanity?

As a retired officer, is Milley beyond the reach of mililtary law?

Most of these draw a government pension. Can they be cut off?

Since we all know that F Joe Biden would do this, I doubt Trump’s legal team has been asleep.

Yep. They have no reason to plead the 5th in front of Congress.
However, if they are caught lying in front of Congress, they can be
charged with Perjury.

indeed...this is a gift to We the People. A nod to moral justice.

Will the guilt go unpunished? Perhaps in our time, but history will destroy their legacy right besides Joe Biden’s.

“Preemptive” pardons have no basis legally, especially from a fake actor-played POTUS. We’re watching a show to take down the DSC.

There is no need for CIC Trump to rescind or undo anything of bidAn. He’s been CIC for the last 8 years, 4 as POTUS and 4 as a “dash” or pause.

Fraudci, Cheney, Bushes, 0bamas, Clintoons... are already long gone, probably via hanging from ropes.

Chances are that Trump would not have pursued any of them in the name of healing. But they decided to open up a new door and ‘moon’ Trump and the American People. They might regret this.

Watch the list of pardoned. I would not be surprised if bidens name is included. I always assumed since he pardoned his son that he would pardon himself. I was hoping that he was mad at them if they were included in the coup to get him out of the race. But he likely didn’t do this. Someone else did it and he signed it. Garland and Mayorkis not included. Will they be the scapegoats. So now Liz and Pelosi will walk free. They need to be in front of congress. See if they purger themselves..

Today's Democrat Party -- a proven criminal enterprise, even to the halls of Congress and the top of the military chain of command.

An ADMITTED criminal enterprise.

Biden Justice Department tells court an acceptance of pardon is “a confession of guilt.”

If you didn’t commit any crimes, then you don’t need a pardon... I guess what Biden is admitting is this;

He and his administration directed these chumps to break the law... To investigate crimes that didn’t happen, and to prosecute crimes that didn’t happen and they did it all for political revenge against Trump.

Trump should modify the act of pardons, so that they can only be issued to convicted criminals and not issued to people who haven’t been charged or convicted. After they are charged, then somebody can pardon them... Until then they should be fair game.

These people are the political scum, and no pardon can take away that fact away.

That’s okey; if President Trump can be referred to as a convicted felon (only until SCOTUS corrects things), then these criminals can forever be referred to as “ pardoned for his/her crimes.”

So for example, Liz Cheney. the former rep from Wyoming, pardoned for her crimes....

What about mental capacity? Did he even know he was pardoning them? Can it be proven that he is not competent or of sound mind therefore these are null and void? There are tons of evidence this is indeed the case. Even the leftist media has admitted he is absolutely not of sound mind and never was.

Did the “president” issue these pardons or his wife, caretakers, or other entity? Because it has been proven he doesn’t even have the mental competence to tie his shoes let alone comprehend what he is signing. Since they like to impose law retroactively can the 25th then be used retroactively to nullify these pardons and actions the last few months?
