Biden pardons Milley, Fauci and the Jan 6 committee. Wonder no more about their guilt. Wonder no more about the conspiracies.

Wonder about their guilt no more. Everything we've said is true.

Joe Biden loaded up the pardon shotgun and fired it. He has pre-emptively pardoned Anthony Fauci, Mark Milley and the entire Jan 6 committee.

President Biden pardoned Dr. Anthony Fauci, Gen. Mark Milley (Ret.), and others who some speculated may have faced investigations under the incoming Trump administration on Monday.

Biden's pardons come just hours before he is set to depart the White House and President-elect Trump takes the oath of office once again. The pardon also applies to a litany of people involved in the January 6 select committee investigation.

In addition to the named individuals, the pardon applies to, "Members of Congress and staff who served on the Select Committee, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee."

Oddly, Biden excluded Jack Smith and Merrick Garland.

Biden cements his legacy as one of galactic corruption and failure and clinches worst President in history.

Condemnation of the move began to pour in almost immediately on Monday. Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., blasted Biden's legacy minutes after the order dropped.

"The guy who claimed he would ‘protect norms’ continues to bulldoze them and the Constitution until the bitter end. Biden truly is one of the worst Presidents in American history and will only be remembered as the guy between Trump’s two terms," Schmitt wrote on X.

This vindicates absolutely everything we've been saying for the last four years.

Milley is a traitor (I am wondering if treason can be pardoned)

Fauci is a corrupt liar.

The Jan 6 committee concocted the latest version of the Russian collusion conspiracy. Schiff, Johnson, Cheney, Kinzinger- they may all be presumed guilty of criminal conspiracy, mendacity, destruction of evidence and fraud. Bennie Johnson was already begging for a pardon.

It may not be certified in a courtroom but let there be no doubt that they are indeed guilty we've ever asserted. The investigations should continue despite the fact that this will see democrats crying about them being unnecessary and costly. This is a road map for guilt.

They have no reason to plead the 5th in front of Congress...

True...But , I don't believe they can plead it...It would be nice to hear them sing and disclose their treachery to the whole country...Especially Milley and the Lizard.

Oh it is not just the Democrats. All but five of the establishment GOP helped facilitate all of it. They knew and did nothing about any of it. They aided and abetted with full knowledge of what they were doing. They are absolutely fully guilty of doing their part in aiding the conspiracy.

I agree wholly, and erred by not including the like of the "conservative" Cheney who campaigned for Harris-Walz.

Absolutely guilty. And proven so by the "pardon" which may well not stand under scrutiny.

“Absolutely guilty. And proven so by the “pardon” which may well not stand under scrutiny.”

Which brings up a legal question, I asked this on another thread...

What about mental capacity? Did he even know he was pardoning them? Can it be proven that he is not competent or of sound mind therefore these are null and void? There are tons of evidence this is indeed the case. Even the leftist media has admitted he is absolutely not of sound mind and never was.

Did the “president” issue these pardons or his wife, caretakers, or other entity? Because it has been proven he doesn’t even have the mental competence to tie his shoes let alone comprehend what he is signing. Since they like to impose law retroactively can the 25th then be used retroactively to nullify these pardons and actions the last few months or even years?

I looked at much of the "media" coverage of this, and wonder at the speed of the apologia being constructed....

But, then I looked at the government website to find an original text to read.

Interestingly, that site has not yet been updated:

2025 Joseph R. Biden, Jr. Executive Orders
Until the original can be accessed, I would hesitate to accept what the media is reporting. If we can't see a copy, how can they?

His Biden pardoned his brother yet?

Or is James Biden's pardon for his role within the Biden Crime Family going to slip in under the radar at 11:59?

That’s ok. I bet several of these violates a raft of state laws in Texas. Fauci almost certainly did.

And Trump can strip them all of security clearances. No Schiff on the intelligence committee. No contractor jobs for Milley, etc ect.

The constitution is very clear that pardons can only be issued for those convicted of crimes. Nixon, by law, should never have been pardoned.

Wait and see. The actual exchange of power in less than an hour.

One notes that the date of one of these orders and the "published" date are two different days. As of the moment, the website has only what was "EO'd" on the 16th.

This is an declaration of guilt. However, doesn't it mean that those pardoned cannot refuse to testify because of the 5th Amendment and can be forced to testify fully and completely about what happened?

I'm not particularly interested in retribution or punishment, and I don't think President Trump is either. What I want is the exposure of truth--truth for its own sake--and this might make such exposure possible.

If truth be revealed, history will provide the greatest judgment--possibly a favorable judgment--but, if deserved, the most important damnation.

Regardless, history will judge Joe Biden as not only the worst but the most hated President.

Do they list pardons in the EO list? Or are they recorded elsewhere?

Congress should set aside money for J6 victims to use to civilly sue members of the J6 committee for slander while not in sessions of Congress.

I agree... There was no need to pardon him. As President he had immunity... Just like every President does and should have while they are in office.

If they commit crimes while not President, that’s a different story. They need a pardon for those crimes. Take Clinton for instance... He committed lots of crimes while in office, but he also committed crimes before taking office and he committed them after leaving office... He should’ve been charged and convicted of those crimes.

Presidents can’t be held accountable for decisions while they serve... Otherwise, every President could face murder charges because they all typically sign off on assassinations and other actions that could be construed as ‘criminal’ not only in nature, but in reality and fact.
