I was reading about the crap happening to Tina Peters and realizing that since it is a Colorado state issue, Trump can't pardon her for the crime of documenting Dominion's illegal destruction of voting records legally required to be retained. They did this through a (supposed) maintenance update, in CO and GA and probably elsewhere too.
It's just like the mess with the grooming/pedophile gangs in the UK: the locals won't investigate or do anything to find the truth and punish the innocent rather than the guilty.
My question is for the legal beagles here, or anybody with thoughts. Since Dominion's crime happened in both Georgia and Colorado, that makes it a multi-state issue, and I'm wondering if investigators/prosecutors in other states could pursue the issue as a RICO violation - a conspiracy by not only Dominion but also by Jena Griswold, the people she got to persecute Tina Peters, CO legislators, etc.
In the course of such an investigation, could other (non-corrupt) investigators/prosecutors subpoena the communications between all these entities at the time that these crimes were occurring? Could they get phone records, texts, etc?
I'm sick and tired of the innocent being prosecuted and the guilty skating while the corruptocrats flip the bird at all the rest of us as if we can't do anything.
What can we do about this?
I guess my source link didn’t post. Some background is at https://joehoft.com/exclusive-tina-peters-96-year-old-mother-sends-a-message-to-president-trump/#comment-15304
Could Tina Peters be used as a witness in Georgia and get protected witness status, to keep the Colorado jerks from killing her in prison?
Could Kash Patel initiate a RICO investigation that would see justice extended to these smug arseholes in CO, GA, and elsewhere?
i have no legal expertise at all.
frankly, imho, the last thing we need is legal expertise. that’s what got us into this mess. Trump just needs to act and let them go through the courts. if the courts say something, fight it back in the courts. just stall them like they stalled us, and keep acting. keep on offense. keep putting them on the back foot. let it take years to get to the USSC while we keep getting our stuff done. that’s the game they created. we play by their rules, because that’s their game. lawfare.
for instance, i already said, thinking out of the so called legal box, Trump should take Tina out of Col and put her in a fed witness protection program as part of an immediate investigation against griswold. that way she’s out of jail and they start sweating it.
let them lawyer up for a change.
Tina’s crime was backing up a voting machine’s log file before election officials could illegally delete it.
What is it they are trying so desperately to conceal.
Something has to happen about the 2020 election. We either get a handle on the fraud or we’re done as a nation. And I think the whole thing is ripe for a RICO investigation at the very least. This was a criminal conspiracy across many, many state lines. The lawfare against Trump was also - Nathan Wade meeting at Biden’s White House, Jack Smith, Fanni Willis, Ruby Freeman, J6 committee and Liz Cheney... all that stuff is conspiracy across many, many state lines.
Like you say, I think the feds - Kash Patel, Trump, whoever - need to get involved to protect Tina as a witness so that they can eventually prosecute all these treasonous bastards.
GO AFTER THESE PIECES OF DOG SQUEZZE WITH A SCORCHED EARTH MILITARY GRADE PROSECUTION,
SO THEIR KIND NEVER CONTEMPLATES USING CONSTITUTIONALLY GRANTED POWERS FROM THE PEOPLE,
FOR PURPOSES OF ILLEGITIMATE LAWFARE.
BANKRUPT THESE SCUM!
I don’t see how taking her oath seriously enough to preserve records required to be preserved can be a crime - and those deleting the records get to prosecute her for it.
The whole thing stinks even beyond high heaven.
And there HAS to be a way that the rest of us can do something besides just watch these demons in CO laugh at everything this country is supposed to stand for.
Trump has on several occasions said that they have it all and they caught the whole system red-handed. I hope that is true. If so, they know already what it is that Dominion is trying to hide. But the state of CO would have us believe that no matter what evidence shows how criminal everything was, they have Tina Peters’s scalp and nobody can do a dang thing about it. If that’s true then we are already the UK, and we’re going to get the same damned results as they got with their stinking grooming rape gangs.
Comments at the source article mention that Steve Bannon says we should apply pressure to CO - financial, legal, whatever. Any pressure we can.
I’d like to apply the pressure of Ken Paxton breathing down Jena Griswold’s neck with subpoenas in hand. Or any of the AG’s who joined Paxton’s lawsuit against the states which didn’t obey their own election laws in the 2020 election. If this is a conspiracy against the whole country - and there is NO DOUBT in my mind that it was - then any and all of those states should have standing to investigate and file RICO charges, shouldn’t they?
Boycotts only go so far. If we can apply pressure within our own states, to have entire states locked and loaded against the criminality in the CO state govt, I think it would help CO to care what us lowly peons think of their flipping the bird at us.
The kangaroo court system used first against Alex Jones then Trump and Tina dictates that you are not allowed to plead innocent or present evidence of your innocence.
The judge deems you guilty and the jury just decides how severely you are to be punished.
Mike Lindell, held a symposium of voting machine and software election experts, along with an extremely excellent subject matter expert, in or from, Michigan, who proved raw, outright voter fraud and vulnerability to the elections via hacking, was easily possible, by altering the ballot and ballot count in a few minutes, using a magic marker for a stylus.
The subject matter expert, that I am thinking of changed the ballot from an actual candidate to George Washington, then voted for GW.
This was done live, in a Michigan court.
I think the person is being sued at this moment, along with the alternate Trump electors in several states. Not in the same lawsuits, but in the same time frame and subsequent/similar efforts, that were underway across the country, to prove voter fraud.
Another question I have is whether judges themselves can be named in a RICO case, if they can be shown to have conspired with the others, to commit some crime.
The question came up in regards to Judge Engoron, who was first taken off Letitia James’s case against Trump and then later in the same day put back on the case. In that particular case the appeals judges asked the prosecutors why they shouldn’t be disbarred for such blatant political targeting. A sound judge should immediately have seen the corruption in the prosecution, and I would think the appeals court should be asking Engoron why HE shouldn’t be disbarred for ALLOWING such a blatant targeting for political purposes. I’m wondering if Engoron tried to get off the case so the appeals judges wouldn’t censure him.
And it got me thinking whether judges who engage in blatant targeting like this can be censured, disbarred, and/or criminally charged for it.
Anybody know the answer to that question?
KEEP THIS THREAD/SUBJECT MATTER ALIVE!
agreed. let’s hope they get it. it’s a game, now, with new rules. when the other team is cheating and the refs (courts) won’t penalize, won’t call balls and strikes, won’t enforce the rules, then we have to play by their scum bag lawfare rules, otherwise we might as well get off the field. we can’t win.
There is no way that process can fit the definition of “due process” - which means that those trials then become FEDERAL issues because of the violation of the 14th amendment. If a person is not allowed to present a defense, that truly is a kangaroo court, as you said, and it is NOT just a “state issue”. It then becomes federal. I would think that gives Kash Patel standing to try to get ALL those cases/verdicts thrown out.
Do you see it the same way?
A vigorous federal investigation of Dominion, the 2000 election, and other election integrity issues would almost certainly turn up information, documents, and testimony about Colorado's election corruption and casts doubt on the prosecution and conviction of of Tina Peters. In addition, a direct and focused investigation of her case might establish civil rights violations.
What could they sue him for? It’s not a crime to expose a crime.
This is so dang infuriating.
Didn’t the same thing happen in a GA court, where Judge Totenberg was the judge? IIRC she hasn’t yet ruled on that. If she had that evidence right in front of her and poo-poohs the whole thing I think she should be charged as an accomplice.
These people should not be able to walk the streets, when the crimes are so blatant and they act like they can charge everybody else with the crime of exposing the real crimes.
I am not a lawyer. I just listen to Alex Jones every day and am quite familiar with what they did to him to get the ridiculous billion dollar verdict. Alex was the proof-of-concept for lawfare and banning from “social media.” When they used it successfully on him they moved on to other targets. They plan to eventually use the same tactics on the rest of us.
I think that it may be possible to investigate this travesty as a Federal Civil Rights issue, in that voters have been disenfranchised due to fraud. If this is correct, then the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ can look at things from this angle
