The question I have is whether the Far Left tyrants who have declared they will avoid the Inauguration are doing so as a political statement that they intend to fight our legal government's transfer of power, OR, because they have been warned of a mass casualty event at noon on 20 January.

I'm betting a HUGE bomb, or a poison gas attack, performed by the CIA/FBI. The Agency/democrats are looking at lot of people who believed they are immune from prosecution going to hard time prisons, for life, or longer, once Trump starts investigations.

Trump should just drop the party on the 19th, take the oath in the WH on the 20th (and give a speech in front of the cameras rather than a big crowd), then get to work. The GOP can still have their inauguration parties on the 20th, so there can still be a celebration of the win.
