Last time Tucker was in Russia he showed his deep excitement about shopping cart escalators, he marveled at that Russian technology... A very cringy moment.
He didn’t know that shopping cart escalators exists all over the world dating decades back. Probably he has never been shopping in any American supermarket in his life...
He also said the prices were low. Forgetting to mention that the average Russian survives on extremely low wages... What he called “low price” in that supermarket is actually beyond the scale HIGH price for the average Russian citizen.
Tucker seemed out of touch...

Tucker did a very long interview with Putin , who talked about the fascinating history of Russia. After watching, I don’t hate Putin. He might be evil, but he’s not an idiot.

Well, some things are better. You can walk through St Petersburg or Moscow pretty much unmolested. You can’t even do that in Salt Lake City anymore, much less Rat cities. Not everything in Russia is worse than the US or the EU. Most things. But not everything.

I do not have to agree with the Russian perspective but certainly I think Tucker should be allowed to interview them just so we can learn what makes them tick.
Ultimately, we are about peace.
It may be as simple as that Putin refuses to allow Ukraine to become a member of NATO. We have to recognize that. We didn't allow Cuba to become a member of the Warsaw Pact, the last time I checked.
