There’s a YUGE silver lining in the Hunter Biden pardon…
Revolver News ^ | December 2, 2024 | Revolver

After months of Biden, his crooked regime rats, and their media lackeys swearing up and down that Hunter wouldn’t get a pardon, Joe just went ahead and announced he’s pardoning his son. Shocking, right? Yes, there’s a lot to be angry about—the elitism, the mockery of justice, and the immorality of it all, not to mention, once again, Hunter and Joe get away with murder.

However, there’s a YUGE silver lining for us, and it’s definitely worth talking about.

But before we get to that, let’s take a moment to look back on how the Dems and their media lackeys lied to the American people—yet again.

It figures, doesn’t it? Hunter Biden is a career criminal—we all saw the mountains of evidence on his infamous laptop from hell. A laptop, mind you, that the crooked FBI had in its possession a full year before the 2020 election, yet still covered for Biden when Team Trump released the hard drive, fluffing it off as “Russian disinfo.” And as the cherry on top, the Biden regime then unleashed relentless lawfare on President Trump and his supporters. Non-violent J6 prisoners were thrown in jail, but a serial criminal like Hunter will yet again get off scot-free.

Talk about privilege—historic privilege this time around.

Below is Biden’s full pardon for his crooked, perverted, drug-addicted son.

Chad Pergram:

From the WH: Executive Grant of Clemency
Joseph R. Biden, Jr.
President of the United States of America

To All to Whom These Presents Shall Come, Greeting:

Be It Known, That This Day, I, Joseph R. Biden, Jr., President of the United States, Pursuant to My Powers Under Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, of the Constitution, Have Granted Unto

ROBERT HUNTER...

Cliff notes version: Biden pardoning Biden makes it easier for Trump to pardon the J6 political prisoners.

Easier or not, I’m not so sure I like the idea of equating one downright confirmed dirty crook with 1,500 or so innocent people on the concept it makes it easier to pardon those innocent people....

There is another silver lining that I haven’t seen anyone else mention. Congress can now subpoena Hunter Biden and ask him anything they want about the Biden Crime Family.

He cannot refuse to show up — contempt of congress and he goes to jail. You can repeat this as often as you want!

He cannot refuse to answer — that’s contempt of Congress.

He cannot invoke the 5th amendment because he can’t be prosecuted for any crime he reveals.

If he lies, it’s perjury and he goes to jail.

I guess treason is pardonable. We can say about the J6r people is at least those folks actually served time in jail. Hunter will skate with not a day in jail.

You appear once a year? GTFO...

Also it's not perjury, why would he perjure himself?! He has a blanket pardon, he could get up there and say he's a "Freeptarding astroturfer", and he smoked crack every day at the FIB with 'Reinhold Niebuhr', and nothing can come of it. Zero. Nada.

The real silver lining is that hunter can no longer take the fifth.

Refusal to answer questions will be criminal contempt. Lies will be perjury.

a: yes…

In theory. The reality: Biden responds to every question, “I don’t recall. I wish I could but I was on so many drugs back then. I wish I could recall, but I can’t.”

Is a blanket pardon even legal?

I can understand pardoning him for known charges that he was indicted or convicted on, but can you grant a blanket pardon for anything he may have done?

What if he committed a murder during that time?

What if he had sex with underage girls?

Also he could claim to still be liable for state crimes so he’ll continue to plead the fifth.

Ask him who he was in business with. He can’t refuse to answer. The pardon covers him. Not his criminal associates. That needs to be broadcast far and wide. B

Actually, after Constitutional probing by SCOTUS, the blanket Presidential Pardon would hold.

And here's why: the Nixon Pardon was meant to completely estop any further action against Nixon by any future entity. If Nixon had committed murder -- and let's acknowledge that he approved the continuation of LBJ's SecDef McNamara's 'bomb everything' as the Vietnam War was going down -- Ford was preserving the Unitary Executive.

And the thing that upsets these dogshit Democrat neomarxists is, Biden just passed Ford's 'infinity inculpability' to someone other than a former President!

If you know anything about Executive Branch constitutional law, it just boggles the mind.

Add that to Trump's yuge win in Trump v United States and it might just be time to take a few scalps...

I don’t know if a pardon can be so vague. A President can certainly pardon but can he provide absolution over a 10 year period for crimes unknown? Only God can do that and I don’t think it was the Founders’ intention to convey anything resembling God’s supreme power.

Hunter could have -- and very nearly did -- claim the 5th Amendment before Congress in February, long before this blanket pardon from Daddy Imbecile.

And if you are referring to this numbnuts Sean O'Driscoll clickbait piece where Hunter supposedly 'retired his right' to 5A refuge with his Pardon? Just goes to show how many people on Free Republic swear they hate the MSM and yet dispose their brains to be filled with MSM mush to the minute, to the second...!

We have different and better fish to fry than Hunter Biden.

All the people involved in the multiple farcical
federal cases against Trump, need to resign or be fired on January 20th or 21st.

The democrat partisans that have politicized the law system, since the corrupt Watergate takedown of Nixon.... “must pay a price.”

If they don’t pay a price, they’ll continue their bad behavior indefinitely.
