The “lack of” was added by Ngo in his X/Twitter post. The CNN article:
“The account referenced Adam Lanza, the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter, and in separate posts shared a desire to target an elementary school and expressed frustration with the acceptance of transgender people.”
Taken literaly, he was against trans acceptance. But given the sloppy way so-called journalists write these days, it’s ambiguous. A pity they did not include actual quotes of his Discord posts.

The most prevalent features in most of these school shootings seem to me to be young troubled kids and the FBI. The FBI has early ways of knowing about these potential shooting candidates before they snap. Could they be producing the subsequent mayhem by targeting and cultivating shooting candidates through surreptitious influencing programs over the Internet or in the offices of government contracted psychiatrists and psychologists? The Leftist’s promotion of trans child mutilation has created an entire new population of disturbed young individuals, ripe for targeting and cultivating into very disturbed, anti-social shooters. Some state and federal programs are actually funded these trans child mutilation programs through vile, corrupt psychiatrists and psychologists, who may already be under contract with the FBI and profiting in more ways than one.
As sure as the leaves drop from the trees in Fall, The Democrat Party Organized Crime Syndicate will find a school shooter when they fear they are losing their power.

Unless I missed something, it just repeats the CNN article:

So was he frustrated about trans people being accepted (literal interpretation, perhaps presented this way according to CNN agenda) or about them not being accepted (possible, perhaps wishful on the part by many on FR, interpretation)?
We need to see the actual quote to know for sure whether he was for against trans acceptance.
As for being gay, again, being teased for being gay in Middle School does mean he actually is gay, as I wrote earlier. Maybe he is, maybe not.
The way the father described it, the teasing about being gay began when the kid tried joining the golf team:
“The father added: ‘It went from one thing to another... I was trying to get him on the golf team... [they were like] Oh, look, Colt’s gay. He’s dating that guy. Just ridiculed him day after day after day.’”
Was there a boy on the golf team they perceived as gay, and this was just another way of taunting and tormenting Colt, the weird kid? You know how cruel and nasty middle school bullies can be, and accusations of being “gay” are standard, whether the kid is actually gay or not.
I’m reserving judgment until more facts are known.

well up intil two days ago people whould have though the same of me, cause i had not had a hair cut in oh a year and i am 69. back in the 60’s to 80’s lots of guys had long hair. didnt think they were trans. the media just has to get the trans BS in everyone mind.
I was picked on and bullied called all kinds of names in 7th and 8th grade it’s no fun had a few fights, but that was in 68-69.
