She is obviously being coached on her delivery by Obama. Watch any of his speeches, the mannerisms, timing, and delivery are the same.
If not coached directly, she is being made to study his speeches and emulate his style.

Hillary did fake accents too. I read she is close friends with Hillary and I’m wondering if this is fake accent is on the advice from Hillary.

It was a distraction away from the fact that SHE had NOTHING to do with any of those things. The affectation was only to try and put the listener into a frame of mind that she did because she ‘talked’ like them.
