Now, a renowned expert on the JFK assassination has weighed in with an interesting albeit unsurprising theory about who helped Lee Harvey Oswald allegedly assassinate the 35th President.
Jefferson Morley, who is the editor of the JFK Facts newsletter and has studied the mystery surrounding his assassination for years, told the Washington Post on Saturday he suspects some of Kennedy’s enemies in the CIA might have been working with Oswald.

What convinced me is the spent casing. What now has my interest is before and after. Might it be remotely possible there is hotel register book left? Licky if there would be. What about testing the car and Mrs Kennedys clothes for mercury.
Then, the warden, or whoever it was at the prison trying to catch Files in a lie after Files said he was interviewed by the FBI. Guy found out Files was NOT lying and WAS interviewed.
As far as the fence. One kid did a walk through. He timed it and determined it would have taken just 30 to 40 seconds for Files to close up after the hit and get away.
As for the spent casing. It was muddy. And most likely after, people shook that fence in the panic and knocked that casing off and onto the ground. Somebody stepped on it shoving it into the mud.
I had read many books on the JFK assassination before seeing the Files interview.
Everything he said fit in with the known facts.
There are dozens of little details he got correct.
In addition I lived in Dallas many decades ago and had walked through the area—his descriptions of the roads, the railroad tracks, the terrain, the trees etc were all exactly on point.
Israel already had all the info they needed for The Bomb, via France and some American scientists.

CIA was formed by the CIA Act of 1949. You can find all the Internet quotes you want saying he wanted to do it because of the Bay of Pigs fiasco. (Also Kennedy shares in that fiasco! It shouldn’t have been done anyway, doomed to failure! But that’s a different discussion!)They are not particularly believable except as an outburst in a fit of pique. It’s empty threat! The most he could do was what he did fire Dulles. Congress would have to pass legislation to break up, change, remove the CIA. Congress was not going to do that during the height of the Cold War!

I watched the Files interview last week on YouTube.
FYI, apparently it had been on there once prior and was quickly removed.
Based on this alone I tended to believe what he was saying.

Yet they were very negative.
Mostly because the fact that witnesses said that LHO shot officer Tibbets.
Then they saw him go into the theater where he was arrested.
Either Files is telling the truth or he is a pathological liar

Did Files kill Officer Tippet? If Oswald was not involved, it doesn’t make sense for him to shoot a policeman.

No, Sutton/Files had nothing to do with the police officers shooting.
That was the guy who showed up at Suttons/Files hotel after.
I am convince that guy was what would be called a clean up man and was actually tasked with clipping Files. He screwed up and shot the cop and panicked. Went to Files to have him get rid of the gun. Files told him to get to hell away from him and take care of his own problem.
There was ONLY, one other that knew Files was at that hotel. OSWALD.

BTW. You do know that according to Files there is a registar/diary or whatever he called it from either Roselli or Nicoletti buried.
Files claims to know where it is.
Almost 20,000 files/pages were released in 2018. There is only about 1% unreleased. Reasons given was pressure on Trump not to release the rest because there are things in the files that would horrify the Kennedy family.
My guess is RFK Jr wants access to them; since he is a family member that holds a lot of weight to release the remainder.

Here’s another on a another famous case.
Jimmy Hoffa was picked up at the Red Fox restaurant, clipped in the car, taken to a local crematorium, cremated, and the ashes scattered over lake st Clair. The car was crushed.
The hit was ordered by the mob boss who was depicted in the movie Irishman. His orders came down from someplace else.
I have a interesting story about a side story on it that happened around where I grew up.
