That will not solve the problem even if implemented.
At best Medicare Taxes would have to increased to around $7000 person in this country to balance it out. We take in about $450 Billion in Medicare Taxes and spend about $2.5 Trillion, so where will she find the money to fix that, she won’t nor will anyone else.
