At the link, the user downloaded the audio for Biden's call, and then uploaded into ElevenLabs software. That program indicated there was a 98% likelihood that the audio was generated by ElevenLabs software. The user in the clip said, "Yeah, it looks like, they didn't even really try,"
I think the reason the narrator seems suprised that they only used ElevenLabs software because those who prepared the file could have modified or 'washed' through more than one program to make it hard to trace.

Makes no sense to me. They already have the excuse, whether he really has covid or not, it’s their excuse for him sounding bad.
I find it much much much more plausible the phone call was real. The fact that it was a phone call was plenty to stir a lot of pots.
Those are expensive fakes, so they are OK. No cheap fakes allowed.
I’m wondering how many people feel the way I do: that it’s pointless even reading the news because we have no way of knowing whether ANY of it is actually true.
I’ve known that to be the case for a long time but it’s reached such ridiculous levels in the past week or so, that it’s actually scary to see what they try to pass off as true.
If I’m having this gut-level reaction even though I’ve known about the lies for a long time, I can’t help but wonder what normies are feeling about now. I would think it would be very, very alarming for them, not knowing whether the POTUS could be dead and the whole system trying to pass off a fake.
Or maybe the normies don’t see the same debunking that I see so maybe they’ll believe the lies until the liars have to admit the lie.
I guess Biden can be “POTUS emeritus,” like Benedict was Pope Emeritus during his long exile.
