(a)It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, unless—

(1)the election is held partly for some other purpose;

(2)aliens are authorized to vote for such other purpose under a State constitution or statute or a local ordinance; and

(3)voting for such other purpose is conducted independently of voting for a candidate for such Federal offices, in such a manner that an alien has the opportunity to vote for such other purpose, but not an opportunity to vote for a candidate for any one or more of such Federal offices.
(b)Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

Translation: An alien can vote in an election if authorized by the state but only for a state office and cannot vote for any federal office (President, VP, Senator etc.)

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Not only is the existing federal law that Democrats are now claiming makes it illegal for illegal aliens to vote in federal elections actually rigged in favor of letting illegal aliens get away with voting imo, but please consider the following.

Regardless that someone in OBiden Administration is refusing to sign the RINO bill that actually makes it illegal for illegals to vote, there remains MAJOR constitutional problems for state and federal officials who are using lawfare to weaken the constitutionally enumerated voting power of citizen voters with illegal alien votes imo.

In fact, Section 2 of the 14th Amendment (14A), that amendment ratified shortly after the excerpts above appeared in the congressional record, is a penalty for states where ballot box fraud has occurred.

Note the zero tolerance "hair triggers" in that section that should be a warning for any state thinking about rigging an election, triggers that Pence and the J6 Congress wrongly ignored imo when they voted to accept OBiden's electoral votes in 2020 despite allegations of vote-counting problems.

With Section 2 in mind, consider that if this were a better world, the feds would be reminding all states before an election that the feds will be darkening the doorway of any state to investigate allegations of possible violations of constitutional voting integrity protections.

So while post-Civil War lawmakers were concerned about renegade states who might try to nullify the "Uniform Rule of Naturalization Clause" by allowing illegals to vote, all three branches of the corrupt federal government have arguably joined renegade states who are now allegedly trying to nullify that clause by using illegal aliens to rig elections imo.

Since Congress has repeatedly proven that it is an enemy of the people imo, it is now up to Democratic and Republican Trump supporters to effectively "impeach and remove" Congress in November. Patriots need to support hopeful Trump 47 with a new, Constitution-respecting Congress, not only so that he will not be a lame duck president from the first day of his second term, but will support him to quickly finish draining the swamp.
