Bodycam footage released by the Atlanta Police Department shows a Georgia judge being arrested for simple battery against a police officer and obstruction on June 20. Douglas County probate judge Christina Peterson allegedly got physical with an officer while he was trying to de-escalate a situation between security and a female outside the Red Martini Restaurant and Lounge. Peterson told one of her friends to “record, please,” as if body-worn cameras did not already record the entire incident. Peterson’s attorney, Marvin Arrington Jr., characterizes the situation as a good deed gone wrong, questioning why the other person involved wasn't arrested while Peterson was.

The 38-year-old refused to tell officers her name. “I want to get booked,” Peterson said. "I'll be in here with Young Thug and Woody." At one point, Peterson was given the option of providing her name or getting back into the police cruiser until she did, to which she responded, “Good luck” and got back into the car. “You can Google me and find me anywhere in America.”

Judge Peterson has something of a notorious reputation in Georgia. In April, she was found guilty of "systemic incompetence," with the Judicial Qualifications Commission voting unanimously that she be ousted from office, following 30 counts of misconduct. The judge also received complaints after allowing a wedding after hours without sheriff's office deputies present, and for pressing a panic button unnecessarily.
During the panel's hearings, Peterson complained that she had not received enough recognition since taking on her role in 2020.
"I'm the first African American female judge who was a Democrat," she testified. "I was never celebrated or congratulated."
The panel disagreed with those arguments, and recommended she be removed from office.
Is there such a judicial oversight panel in New York state?
Why have they allowed the antics of Merchant and Erngorn?
She was having a fani moment …..
A community that believes it deserves reparations for things that happened long before all our new immigrants (Mexicans, Asians, et al.) came to this country is destined to be greatly discriminated against. And this time it won't be racism...it will be reality and only applied to those who believe they are deserving little princes and princesses because the likes of Al Sharpton, Jeremiah Wright, and Barack and Michelle Obama told them they were.

She demanded - and got- over a quarter of a million dollars as a salary despite her predecessor only making around $90k.
She JAILED a Korean woman who merely came to the courthouse to change her marriage license to reflect her newly found biological father for ‘fraud’.
The after hours wedding, her hitting the panic button when people weren’t jumping for her are just parts of her ghetto behavior.
I pray the black community someday takes a page our of MLK’ s speech that refers to content of character, not color of skin. I am tired of hearing about these women who get into power so they can pretend to be queen.
She IS dangerous.
As you say, these women are dangerous. Their sense of entitlement knows no bounds.
Well, by the body cam photos and those panty hose pants over her head, her wig looks like white hair cultural appropriation to me.
At one point, Peterson was given the option of providing her name or getting back into the police cruiser until she did, to which she responded, “Good luck” and got back into the car. “You can Google me and find me anywhere in America.” The first words out of her friend’s mouth were, “She’s a Judge! She’s a Judge!”
She said she’s the first black Democrat female judge in America (doubtful) and that should mean something but she didn’t get any rewards or recognition for it.
She’s actually just a Probate Judge in Douglas County under an investigation by the state for malfeasance in office and other infringements. Looks like she’s about to get thrown out.
My thoughts/comments?
1) As Democrats are so prone to say right now after Trump’s felony convictions, “No one is above the law, even a President [Judge],”
2) At least being from Douglas County she can’t use that county’s DA to get her off, that will have to come from Fani Williams.....ugh..
3) “I didn’t get any recognition or rewards....” The soft bigotry and arrogant entitlement of lowered expectations seems to be very prevalent in black elitism.
I know the former county manager there from about a dozen years ago. I bet he looks at this and is really glad he left for greener pastures. I’ll have to have that conversation the next time I see him.
It seems half of the population of the Dominican Republic is already in the US. When they take power here, they will treat blacks the same way they treat Haitians in the DR.
You can kiss your reparations from Whitey goodbye. In the very near future, the “newcomers” are going to be enslaving blacks again. The democrat base is going to rue the day they allowed millions of illegal aliens in.
My ancestors came from Germany after slavery and before WWI. If some homeboy came up to me demanding reparations, it would get ugly fast.
This is what passes as judicial temperament in Georgia.
Man, is this nation in trouble. People have no idea as to what is about to happen here. We must, as a nation, repent immediately and turn back to God. If not, we WILL be shattered from within and then completely eliminated from without. From what I know of history, we are so close to totall elimination to a point where our history will barely be remembered by anyone.
The first African-American female judge, a Democrat, (under arrest for hitting a cop in a barroom).
Earlier, a Judicial Qualifications Commission voting unanimously to oust her, after 30 counts of misconduct.
Re “… I was never celebrated or congratulated.”…”
Aww, gee.. what a shame. Bet she never had a pony either. Poor baby.
Isn’t Affirmative Action wonderful?
“As you say, these women are dangerous. Their sense of entitlement knows no bounds.”
Another Soros funded judge?
So the picture in #2 is the same woman as the picture in #6? Must be the lighting or something. Or else somebody else posed for the picture in post 2.
