Regardless of the jury verdict Merchan will declare DJT is guilty. Even if it’s a unanimous acquittal Merchan will set aside the jury verdict and declare guilty.

The expected verdict is different that what the actual verdict should be. I’m 90% certain he’ll be convicted, with a 10% chance of a hung jury.

For the ongoing record, I restate that there is NO WAY the Left allows DJT to become President this year or at any point in time going forward. Should he beat this wrap the Left will hatch another scheme to make sure he cannot be President.

You would think that with all the horror occurring in NY these days that at least one juror would be smart enough to realize that the best thing they can do for the country as a whole is vote not guilty on all counts.
But NY is where it is for a reason...

Even if it’s a unanimous acquittal Merchan will set aside the jury verdict and declare guilty. Just as likely, Merchan will draft jury instructions that obscure the weakness of the prosecutors case and negate the defense's case so that it will be a no brainer conviction for the jury.
Merchan's future legal career is perhaps guaranteed, and he is unconcerned about any appeal.
