When Democrat politicians in New York passed the Adult Survivors Act to punish Donald Trump and provide the ability for E. Jean Carroll to go after Trump 30 years later, their Trump Derangement Syndrome blinded them to how it might impact them.
The now-expired act allowed alleged victims to file civil lawsuits against their accused attackers within a specific window, even if the state’s statute of limitations had run out on their claims.
In November, The Gateway Pundit reported on allegations of sexual assault against embattled New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) stemming from an incident in 1993.
Now, Kevin Parker, a Democrat state senator representing Brooklyn, is calling the Adult Survivors Act unconstitutional, and yet he voted for it.
The accusation against him occurred just before the law expired and stems from an incident in 2004.

Well, I would have argued that it was a bill of attainder targeted at Trump among it’s constitional problems. Additionally revising the reach of a statue after the act has been performed to target a particular person is ex post facto, but it is amusing to watch it boomerang of the anti-Trump unconstitutional act.
Karma is a real bitch!
Not to say I believe Trump is guilty in the least. But the intent was to ensnare him becaus “Gosh, he must have done this at least once in the past.” And then when they couldn’t find anything they fabricated it.
The lesson for both this joker and Fanni Wilson is the ancient “people who live in glass houses.” F around and find out, losers.
Hell, I’d give him 3 to 5 in Sing Sing just for wearing that tie in public
“Hoist by his own petard”
(A petard was a medieval black-powder door breaching device. Black powder making was poorly understood back then; it was commonly mixed up on-the-spot just prior to use. Needless to say, it sometimes blew up in their faces.)
Bttt.

Sounds like a rapist to me.
‘Tis sport when the enginer is hoist on his own petard.

#MeToo was also supposed to take out Trump. Instead, it sent Harvey Weinstein to prison and got Al Franken booted out of the Senate.
The law was passed. Carroll filed the next day. She’s a damn liar and so are her two friends. Wonder what their cut was.
That's old school.
And he knew it all along.
It’s especially unconstitutional because there’s no one iota of a shred of evidence against Trump except for the testimony of a woman who seems to have mental issues. If we are going to convict or find people liable because of the testimony of one person, then all of us are in huge trouble. And what was she awarded? Something like $80 million dollars? Outrageous. No witnesses, no DNA, no video in a high end store that has security cameras everywhere, ridiculous.
I thought Dems didn’t have to worry about such laws.
I love when this happens. I’ve said many times in the past that RATS will change the rules, and the law in order to suit their immediate need against a political enemy. Then when that same rule or law comes back to bite them in the ass, they claim the law is unfair, and change it again. They manipulate the laws all the time to suit the situation at the time they need it.
