Here’s the newest example of how New York City is in favor of violent crime.
In Manhattan, a 30-year-old man named Jean Carlos Zarzuela punched a 54-year-old woman so hard that he broke her nose.
Zarzuela was arrested for that, but Manhattan Judge Laurie Peterson released him without bail.
Four days after Judge Peterson released Zarzuela without bail, he punched a 9-year-old girl in the head.
This is yet even more proof that New York City is in favor of violent crime.
All by design to get taxpayers to leave the city.
Then, it can go full Detroit.
Suing these insane judges should be a big thing
But, but, but... according to President Sniffer and democrats crime is waaaay down. Could democrats be lying again?
Those judges need to be named. Every single time they release someone who commits another crime the Judges name needs to be attached to the crime.
dont yall understand! they have to make room in the jails for the REAL threats! (J6 protestors!!)
/s
You spelled tarring and feathering wrong.
A Trump hating DeBlasio judge who lets criminals run free. They voted for it.
Manhattan Judge Laurie Peterson should be charged as co-defendant in the crime against the girl. Better still, Manhattan Judge Laurie Peterson should be charged with giving aid and comfort to the domestic and foreign enemies of the United States. Then the judge should be tried, convicted and sentenced to the punishment for being a traitor to the United States of America.
Prosecutors too. It was a prosecutor who decided that sucker-punching an innocent stranger unprovoked and breaking her nose was a misdemeanor.
Can I punch prosecutors and judges and not have a felony record?
Wouldn't the good samaritan laws apply here?
And here is the article from 2020 with the lede: "A Manhattan judge set free an alleged looter charged with bashing a cop’s head open with a glass bong swiped amid violent protests sparked by the police killing of George Floyd, The Post has learned. The move marked at least the second time that Judge Laurie Peterson has overruled prosecutors and released a defendant without bail — which in the earlier case allegedly led to a pair of unprovoked slashings by the psycho who got sprung."
Sorry for the large image.
That’s a MAN, Baby!
This judge, first a Bloomberg and then a De Blasio appointment, has also been in on the Trump stuff:
Corrupt judges are like det-cord wrapped around the pillars of society.
Hoping a criminal she released punches her in the head and nose.
In New York Judges are elected, and have the same immunity as Cops. Unless the judge acted with malice, e.g., wanted the defendant to assault someone, there is not grounds to sue her.
Tell me when the headlines read:
Manhattan Judge Arrested as Accessory to Aggravated Assault
