A landmark study, lasting 15 years, has shown what many of us have been arguing all along regarding trans kids: it's a phase they outgrow in time.
We are not surprised, at all, but the thought of the irreparable harm that's been done makes us sick to our stomach.

The majority of gender-confused children grow out of that feeling by the time they are fully grown adults, according to a long-term study.
Researchers in the Netherlands tracked more than 2,700 children from age 11 to their mid-twenties, asking them every three years of feelings about their gender.
Results showed at the start of the research, around one-in-10 children (11 percent) expressed 'gender non-contentedness' to varying degrees.
But by age 25, just one-in-25 (4 percent) said they 'often' or 'sometimes' were discontent with their gender.
The researchers concluded: 'The results of the current study might help adolescents to realize that it is normal to have some doubts about one’s identity and one’s gender identity during this age period and that this is also relatively common.'
Keep this in mind as the Biden administration pushes the 'Trans day of visibility' and Democrat governors like Wisconsin's Tony Evers let men and boys play girls' sports.

I hope when everything is said, and done on this gender transition crap that they’ve been pushing on kids for the last few years now, that there is the biggest class action lawsuit in history against the guilty parties, who brought this on us to the tune of billions of dollars
Any doctor that does that surgery should be stripped of all his or her assets, and given a choice of a life sentence in either Parchman or Angola. Other prisons are far too comfortable.
That’s the goal but there is a long way to go. The woke professional associations are all in the tank for sexual mutilation and chemical castration. Like abortion, it will probably be an ugly state-by-state recovery operation.

(1) the majority (78% of the sample) consistently indicated to never experience any gender non-contentedness, (2) a group reporting gender non-contentedness in early adolescence, but not any longer in adulthood (19% of the sample), and (3) a small group (2% of the sample) showing the opposite pattern of increasingly reporting gender non-contentedness with age. We found that female sex and participating in the clinical rather than population cohort was associated with increasing gender non-contentedness. In addition, individuals with increasing or decreasing gender non-contentedness trajectories had lower global self-worth, more behavioral and emotional problems, and more often had a homosexual or bisexual orientation compared to individuals without gender non-contentedness.
This is mostly in line with existing literature, which found that 87% of a sample of Taiwanese junior high school students were satisfied with their gender and that 90% of a sample of 9–10-year-olds from the Unites States never reported a wish to be of the other gender (Kuo et al., 2021; Potter et al., 2021).
I happen to be a strong proponent of gender affirming care. I wish more people would give their pets gender affirming care. I have a feral cat colony and regularly catch cats to take to the veterinarian for gender affirming care. When I was younger, we had cattle and I learned how to give calves gender affirming care so that they could transition into steers.
Gender affirming care is what the woke kids are calling castration now, right?
I try so hard to be politically correct. Whenever someone complains about being mis-gendered I make a point to only refer to them by the all-inclusive pronoun She, He, It, and/or Tranny, or usually with the acronym S.H.I.T. for short.
I do still have trouble remembering whether it is politically correct now to say "colored people" or "people of color," but what's the difference?
As the parent of an actual trans kid (incurable endocrine defect that effects less than .01% of the population), I have been saying this consistently for over a year.
There is never a medical reason to transition a child, ever. It wasn’t until the radical activists changed the diagnostic protocols and treatments that “affirming at all costs” became a thing. Before that, a team of experts including a psychologist, endocrinologist, general practioner, and social worker all needed to run labs, tests, counseling sessions, and more for an extended period before the label trans was applied. Now, a person just has to make a claim, no matter how false, and its puberty blockers and surgery for you!
The number of people claiming to be trans is statistically impossible and I’m furious at all the posers, pretenders, enablers, and wackos who decided it would be cool to climb on the trans bus. It’s like thinking it’s hip to be diagnosed with a horrible, rare cancer that jacks up your world, doing all sorts of crazy crap, and expecting everyone to be okay with it.
They have poisoned the well so badly I’m actually worried about my child’s safety.

There are only a few conditions that disrupt the endocrine system to such a degree that it skews the hormone balance in the brain and can effect sexual development in the body.
They are congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Non-Classic Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, Klinefelters Syndrome (XXY chromosomes), Turners Syndrome (X or X/partial X), and Klaymans.
These conditions are very rare. The number of individuals who present with gender dysphoria are a small subset of these. The ones who remain dysphoric after puberty ends (between the ages of 22 to 24) is smaller still.
In the past, there was a reason why trans individuals were not under every rock and around every corner; because the number of people who genuinely suffer from this condition is tiny, indeed. Further, most trans individuals try desperately to “pass,” not wanting to be “outed.”
Then along came the radical movement that forced voices of reason and experience out of their positions of authority (including lawfare and bogus claims against them) so they could change the rules.
Next, every freakshow wannabe got tossed on the trans bus. Drag queens? Not trans. Cross dressers? Not trans. Criminal gets arrested and is suddenly trans? Not trans. Failing athletes suddenly want to be the other sex? Not trans. The media likes to toss them on the bus, but they don’t belong there.
If they do not have one of the underlying medical conditions noted above, they are not trans...they are fakers or need mental help.
So what about the people who are trans, some ask, don’t they need help too? Yes. Boys with Klinefelters need testosterone, not affirmation. Girls with Turners need estrogen, not affirmation. CAH and NCCAH can be treated with puberty blockers to mitigate the impact of an overactive endocrine system (one of the few legitimate uses for puberty blockers). But since NCCAH typically manifests during puberty and can be masked as other conditions, the possibility exists that the neural pathways become programmed to recognize free floating adrenal androgens as testosterone or estrogen and program converse sexual development accordingly. It is a messed up life sentence.
Death penalty for every adult involved in the child castration enterprise.
That has my vote.
