Where Were These Ceasefire Bleeding Hearts for the Past 20 Years of Hamas's Carnage?

The only way this will end is for Israel's complete annihilation of Hamas.

On Monday six foreign aid workers and a Gazan driver were killed in a what was described as an Israeli precision attack. Netanyahu said in a statement that it was a “tragic event in which our forces unintentionally harmed non-combatants in the Gaza Strip. This happens in war … We are conducting a thorough inquiry and are in contact with the governments. We will do everything to prevent a recurrence.” The country has launched an investigation.

They were killed because Gaza is a war zone and as admirable as some may be in serving others, it does not insulate you in a war zone. It’s one of many reasons why war is horrible, but sometimes necessary when nothing short of crushing defeat will end the conflict. It’s a war zone because Hamas chose for it to be a war zone.

If Hamas released the hostages and stopped firing rockets at Israel tomorrow, Israel’s response in Gaza would end tomorrow. Hamas does not want this — in fact, after breaking a ceasefire and brutally attacking Israel on October 7th, Hamas has repeatedly vowed to do it again.

Israel has taken great care to limit the loss of life that Hamas so flagrantly spends as collateral damage. For the past twenty years Hamas has hid munitions in mosques, famously built its headquarters beneath Gaza’s largest hospital (and another under the literal Gazan UN HQ), fired rockets from the rooftops of schools, cruelly using Gaza’s population as living shields. When accidents happen — since being elected to power in 2006 Hamas has turned the strip of land given to Gazans into a war zone...

Palestinians wanted war with Israel.

They got one. People die. Including innocent ones, bystanders and aid workers as well. Cities and historical relics are destroyed.

Chose wisely about what you seek.

It’s a sad thing that they were killed. But being an aid worker in a war zone doesn’t mean that you are protected by Star Trek-like shields.

When tells you exactly what they intend to do, believe them and take action accordingly. Go, BiBi!

It’s a war not a tea party or soirée. The IDF needs to finish defeating the terrorists

They were giddily cheering everytime hamas blew up a school bus full of kids, or a bus full of adults, or a resteraunt full of jews.

Israel decided to put a stop to it once and for all and now the ghouls that praise hamas are pissed that they can’t watch Jews being slaughtered with impunity for hamas anymore.

The IDF may eliminate Hamas in Gaza, but as long as they have Islamic neighbors or Iran exists, they will have terrorists.

Understood.
We may hope that the Muslim world will become civilized and peace-loving, but if it ever happens it will take a long time (at least several generations). It isn’t gonna suddenly occur, as if by magic, overnight.

Given the reality, Israel needs to eliminate the Hamas terrorists now of course....and then will have to do likewise for the PLO-Fatah and Hezballah Fakestinian terrorists. It will take awhile and probably happen in several bursts, like whenever one or the other terrorist gang launches another large-scale attack.

I’m confident it will be achieved but yes, not overnight.
