None of us possess enough knowledge to accurately conclude what occurred in Moscow. It is speculation on all sides.
My argument with you was in regards to critical thinking/logic.
It doesn’t matter how many items point towards “A” being true, it doesn’t make “B” false. It requires just one correct negation.
You could have a bunch of circumstantial evidence pointing to Bob as being the murderer. Financial incentive, scorned lover, previous acts of violence…
But a video of him across town at the time of the murder negates everything circumstantial.
It’s quite possible that multiple theories about the Moscow attack are partially true. It could involve ISIS, and it could involve the CIA. Just run the truth tables.
Either way, innocents have been murdered and there will be payback.

As for the attack on Moscow, the evidence of ISIS involvement is already persuasive: ISIS claimed the attack as theirs and provided video that was shot on the scene by the attackers as proof. In addition, as reported by Russian authorities, the attackers used passports from Tajikistan and at least some were Tajiks. There is no valid basis for thinking that Ukraine was involved.
For generations, Tajikistan and other Muslim states to the south of Russia have been a security concern. As for pointing fingers at the CIA, US influence and credibility in that region collapsed after the US withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Why do you care about who is behind the attack in Moscow?
Islam has been in a perpetual state of war with everything in all places since its foundation. When they say they want to kill me, everyone I know, my country, my religion and claim credit when horrific terror attacks occur, I believe them.
The October 7 attack on Israel has caused me to increase my sense of caution in public spaces. Moreover, my home and where I shop for groceries in the Orlando area are close to the Pulse nightclub that was attacked by a Muslim terrorist, Al Queda had a cell here before 9/11, several of the hijackers came through the Orlando International airport and may have stayed locally, and the Muslim population here is loud and aggressive.
