I "care" about who is responsible for the Moscow attack because it helps to calibrate the terror threat. Even when in Israel or Russia, a successful major attack by terrorists inspires emulation and raises the terror threat level in the US.

The October 7 attack on Israel has caused me to increase my sense of caution in public spaces. Moreover, my home and where I shop for groceries in the Orlando area are close to the Pulse nightclub that was attacked by a Muslim terrorist, Al Queda had a cell here before 9/11, several of the hijackers came through the Orlando International airport and may have stayed locally, and the Muslim population here is loud and aggressive.

I can understand that to an extent. I always practice situational awareness, but it’s just based upon where I go. External circumstances don’t really factor in unless highly specific.

Black males are always the main concern where I live. Always will be.
I’m muscular and maintain appearance, so many think I’m a cop.(same Veteran haircut since 2001)

We used to go to Orlando to party when we left Patrick AFB.

As for the Russian event, there seems multiple oddities from multiple directions.
Committing terror for money
Cops not showing up
Heading to Ukraine
Being taken alive

The Russians will punish whomever they deem guilty.
Our government would do the same.
