The commercial "What Does the Data Say?" from Monday dot com has three actors:
- an older black male
- a white female
- a white male.
If you've been watching TV ads over the last few years, can't you basically write the script? 999 chances out of 1000 you'd get it 100% correct. The older black male is the boss, the white female is a super-competent employee, and the white male is an incompetent doofus that the other two mock.
No company would ever have the black male or the white female as the doofus: it's almost always a white male.
Monday dot com is some sort of DIY project management and learning system. It was founded by Roy Mann and Eran Zinman but is now a public company (MNDY, Nasdaq). If anyone can find the ad agency involved, please post it. I haven't been able to find the video on Youtube and I wasn't able to download it from ISpot, but if anyone can post it to YT that would be appreciated.
However, the most important thing you can do is to tweet them at @mondaydotcom and contact them through other social networks. Let them know you'll never use their services and you'll recommend that others don't use them either.
If you wanna see overt racism, watch any Harlem globetrotters exhibition game.
Or the Carshield commercials.....blacks browbeating an “incompetent” white person in every one.

If you want to see racism, go look at any Netflix, Hulu or Prime web streaming page and look at the promos for all them movies, TV shows and documentaries. Virtually every picture leader has a black, or otherwise disadvantaged PoC as the ‘seeming lead.’ In reality it’s usually just a picture of one of the actors that happened to be in it.
Also white males are the only ones with ED.
Or any tv show or movie. All white male roles are bad unless they are gay or otherwise extremley woke.
Wait. There’s white people in TV ads?
I heard a radio ad today for a school, for working programmers or coders or some such , to “level up skills.” The two males were VERY clearly young white guys. It’s really sad how quickly that fact jumped out at me. It goes to show how unusual it is to have anything other than blacks and women with reference to computer tech. I mean I wasnt really even listening to the radio.
Worse, they have no originality as many are remakes of “white” movies with blacks and women in the roles. Oh, don’t forget the overt homosexuals thrown in everywhere.

Yeah...I just touched on that NF Alexander documentary. The first thing out of the batting box was Alexander’s multiple homosexual affairs - according to the documentary, a VERY common thing in everyday life then.
All potential burglars in home protection ads are white males.
I remember TV adds and programs before 1964, and that is about all I will say.
The data show that TV advertising works and companies will pay large sums of money to have their product’s commercials on programs that reach qualified consumers.
I went out searching for a mixed-race couple to interview but they were all busy making TV commercials!
