Some would call this story a coincidence and shrug it off. I think it is a sign to those of us who are praying for Allie. My niece who is in a hospital 85 miles from Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) where little Allie is still fighting for her life, could not sleep last night and was happy to have the overnight charge nurse on her floor to talk to. They realized after a while that they both believe in the power of prayer. The nurse then told my niece that she was praying for her little cousin who was very sick and in Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. The nurse said "She is only four years old." Stunned, my niece said, "You mean Allie?" The nurse said "Yes but how did you know about her?"
My niece said "My uncle has his prayer warriors at his church praying for her and another group at Free Republic praying as well. Allie is a member of his extended family" The nurse started to cry and my niece joined her. Did God use this chance encounter to encourage the nurse and her family to keep on praying?
There are no coincidences in God’s economy.
Praise God for that connection. It’s so uplifting to encounter other believers in medical situations.

Just made my hospital RN wife cry, too! (Me? Uhhhh… blurry…yeah that’s it)
Wifey has many anecdotal stories about God helping patients, their family, and opening the eyes of Medical professionals to the miraculous power of our God , who answers prayer.
How serendipitous an encounter.

Never ever stop praying and believing. Stand on God’s word alone, not what the doctor says, not what the diagnosis is. I command healing into this little girl’s body in the name, power and authority of Jesus Christ. Complete restoration of her body and Revelation truth that it was Jesus and Jesus alone that healed her
