Wish they didn’t use her name and “taint” in the same sentence.

Governor Brian Kemp has a constitutional duty to send AG Chris Carr into the District Attorney’s Office to clean up this mess Do we have any idea if Carr has any integrity? Or is he just like the rest of them?

It should be dismissed WITH prejudice (i.e., cannot be re-filed). I think the author didn’t understand what “without prejudice” meant, namely that the case could be re-filed.

The self-dealing and impropriety of the prosecutor in the Georgia case is nothing more than a distraction.
The biggest part of the story is that the outside prosecutor hired by Fani Mugabe was paid for his meetings with J6 committee members and White House lawyers. This means there are a number of people who have suddenly found themselves as potential witnesses of interest to the defense in the Georgia -- and who will likely end up testifying in depositions during this presidential campaign.
I'm actually at the point where I don't want the Georgia case to be dismissed.

Given the collusion between the “select” J6 committee, the white house, and Fani’s poisoned prosecution, the dismissal should be with prejudice.

So what are we going to do? All form a line and kiss her ass because she’s a girl and is black? If Trump had done what she’s done, she’d be trying to lynch his butt.

Without Prejudice?
I think they mean with prejudice [meaning cannot be brought again.]

The allegations of impropriety between Willis and Wade are legion, and include
<><>an inappropriate romantic relationship,
<><>serious allegations of self-dealing
<><>Willis abusing her public office
<><>billing taxpayers for lavish romantic vacations,
<><>WH collusion financed w/ federal funds,
<><>and myriad other ethics violations.
The latest tidbit is that Willis calculatedly lengthened and enlarged the investigation
of Trump so that the tax-paid financial benefits to her and Wade could be unlawfully increased.

Haven’t you heard? The Governor has no interest in addressing the Willis impropriety. He is yucking it up with the Davos crowd after ponying up the taxpayers $250k for his attendance ticket, ‘instructing’ them all on how much Georgia has to offer the global world leaders.

I could not even count all the cases I’ve seen of incompetent gubmint employees “failing upwards” to high-paying positions.

I thought dismissing "With Prejudice" is the preferred option, meaning it can't be brought back?
Dismissing "Without Prejudice" indicates it can be refiled/prosecuted?

Re: Dismissed Without Prejudice
That means the charges can be filed again.
Why does the author want that?

Dismissed without prejudice means that the charges can be refiled later.
The charges should be dismissed WITH prejudice, so that they cannot be refiled.

three couples die in a car crash one Jewish, one Protestant, one Catholic. All find themselves at the pearly gates. Jewish couple steps forward and St Peter says "Entry to heaven blocked for your love of money. Even your wife's name “Penny” speaks to your money lust” Poof gone. Second couple step up, the Protestants, St Peter says “you supported Democrats all your lives and you loved them so much even your wife's name speaks of this abomination, “Hillary”, poof they're gone. The Catholic couple step up and before St Peter can speak the husband turns to wife and says, “Come on Fanny, lets go, we don't have a chance.”

I wouldn’t get my hopes up yet.
Just because the prosecutor is corrupt doesn’t necessarily make the charges go away.

I think Kemp is in a corner and must act to end this mess. His street cred with GA voters has dissolved to a low anyway and this will end his political future unless he acts. Sen Kemp? I don’t see it right now.
