On the obvious side of the coin that is showing is that Biden is a hypocrite about his Son. (almost all parents are. They will hold their own children to a different standard than someone else’s)

The less obvious side is how out of touch Biden’s stance on these crimes would be today, even with some conservatives.
I don’t know how old that video is, but he suggested that having crack less than the size of a quarter should not only be a mandatory 5 years in prison, but government gets to do civil asset forfeiture on just about everything they one, not just what was used in the commission of a crime, and not just to compensate for the value of the drugs they possessed. That’s actually a pretty damned fascist position by today’s standards.
