In the past I've done a little research and I can never find any evidence to prove the claim the 90% of black people vote democrat. it just seems like such an absurd number when you just run it through your head. Is it possible The fix has been there the whole time, what do you think what are your opinions?
They vote Democrat. And democrats cheat in the cities so that pads it.
Blacks are publicly Democrat, but privately conservative. What they want paid for by others, they don’t want to bear the load themselves.
My guess would be 75%, but that number may be decreasing, for THINKING black people. Actually, I can’t see anyone, of any race, who is thinking straight, vote democrat, except maybe democrat politicians and their families and staff.

My impression is that blacks with real incomes will vote conservative, because they want to keep their incomes. Those who are still poor will vote Democrat.
The loyalty of blacks to the Democratic party is proven by polls and precinct returns. Nevertheless, at the edges, that loyalty can fray, especially with older black males who work independently as small businessmen. In addition, strong personal ties and campaign effort can help conservative Republican candidates. Many GOP attempts to win Black votes fail because they do not target the best prospects, lack a personal appeal, and are not well messaged.
The demoncrat “base” is just a patchwork of malcontents who have accepted begging for scraps from the table of the DNC mafia, then getting IOUs. Eventually enough break away that they have to fill the gaps by appeasing other extremist fringe groups whose numbers could NEVER make up the difference.
Their recent courting of the pedophile/groomers show that their core base are leaving in droves. In 2016, it was said that if the party lost 5% of the black vote, it would be a tough road for them to find any path for victory on a national level. It was reported that they had lost 8% and then 10% in 2020. Their losses grew exponentially in the mid-terms.
They know their days are numbered and all efforts moving forward are about painting Trump as the villian. There’s no way any election that shows a demoncrat winning are legit. Those who have left are being replaced with names of illegals, the deceased, or drawn out of thin air (then counted multiple times). If they were so confident in the elections they recently “won”, they wouldn’t resort to lawfare to keep anyone off of the ballot.
Dunno about your theory, but I’m certain that 100% of black voters who are paid to vote vote Democrat, and 100% of the blacks who never voted voted Democrat.
I’ve been saying this for years.
“Everybody” knows that Philadelphia and Baltimore and many other places will “always” vote 90% for Democrats.
Sure, you might take some polls, and find some sentiment at street-level that a heck of a lot of blacks like Trump. And that a great many blacks dislike Hillary, or Biden, or whomever. One might then form the opinion that “things will be different this time” when the votes are counted in Philadelphia or Baltimore.
But then the votes are “counted” and the Democrat gets 90% of the vote, and everyone shrugs it off because “everyone knows” that 90% of blacks always vote Democrat.
It would be unthinkable to ponder what might actually be happening in the cities.
If the election is Biden vs Trump again it’s not what % that are democrat that should worry us. It’s what % hate Trump.

You are misstating the supposed figure.
I think it is/was 90% of blacks who vote, vote Democrat. 90% of blacks do not vote, number is smaller.

The ones that leave for better places are on the high side of the bell curve and they can’t function there any better than white or asian people can. Blacks with higher incomes are more intelligent and occupy higher paying careers and want a safer place to live and not give up what they earn to endless social programs and illegals.
