Thanks. Yes, it was expected, but also yes, it’s very sad. I’m cheered up by the fact that she no longer has to put up with what her body was forcing on her. She hated every minute of that fight and wanted it to be over with. Bless her heart. She’s out of her shell, now and free, so I’m happy for her, while being sad for me.
My new phone doesn’t want to accept any data from my old phone, so I can see it will be an ongoing battle today.
And I never did get Charlie’s letter finished!

Good morning. I hope you had a good night and that there were no Interruption By Jake. Or anyone else, for that matter.
My night wasn’t nearly as good as the night before was. FD, who has been deathly ill these last few days, is feeling much better now. I suspect she has COPD, as her lungs are so scarred from years of asthma. No doubt her weak lungs were caused by her birth mother smoking during pregnancy.
Anyway, she texted to find out if I had gotten my new phone up and running, and the answer is no, not yet. Everything has been transferred but the photos (not enough room to keep the photos and still make the transfer) and as a result, I can receive or make calls or texts. I’ll call tomorrow and see what they can do. Meanwhile, I’ll make sure all the photos are transferred to the 3T slave. There is still plenty of room on that!
And then she texted me again this morning to tell me she is feeling MUCH better! I’m glad Mr FD had a few years of medical schooling!
I’m glad your daughter is feeling better. Upper respiratory infections can be very dangerous.
Jake came to get me out of bed after 6:30, but I needed to go to the bathroom, anyway. It’s raining here.

I have the start of another migraine. And my right foot is really swollen today, but I have some Epsom salts and will soak it in a while. I was going to try and go to church today, but the foot has other ideas.
At least the bathroom was nice and toasty for my shower!
Wonders if she should give human servant a head bump of approval for the gushy food even if it was not her favorite flavor.
Does her little right paw have five tiny toes on it??
