Cats have always been known for their mysterious and independent nature. They can be a source of unconditional love and comfort for their humans, but they also possess a streak of cunning and aloofness. In a recent incident, a homeowner found himself locked out of his house, with the keys safely inside. Little did he know, his feline companions held the power to either let him in or leave him stranded outside.

I don’t usually have a problem with this. I think it’s a combination of being cold and the time of year, which is church music crazy days.

These places are old and have baseboard heating. I think I’d be better off to hook up the space heater again.
Now, I need to go warm up in the bathroom and take a shower. I think I’ve finally figured out the secret to stopping the water pipes from screaming at me.
Later...

Cold here in eastern TN. Right at freezing now. Has been in the high 20s recently, though. Generator installation scheduled for Dec. 20. :)

That’s probably in Central and Northern Utah. If Cedar City got any, they’re still 40 miles from here, so no...no snow where ‘Face is! Darn it!

Exactly. It’s a lot of money for peace of mind, but there’s a lot to be said for peace of mind. Especially in our rural area where we have lost power often.

“Good luck with the generator!”
We installed a whole-house standby generator in a prior home, and we feel that’s what pulled the trigger on having a buyer relatively quickly.

They say lightning never strikes the same place twice, but maybe it strikes close.
As Jim Nance noted in the hole-by-hole flyover, the 10th is a redux of the 9th, so that’s the way I set out to play it. Happily, that plan yielded the same result I obtained on the 9th, as I notch another Birdie to advance to 3 under par for the round.

I love Nativities, and it doesn’t matter what kind, where they come from or how inexpertly or expertly they’re made. I have some from very small (about 2”X2”) to one with 20 pieces that I made myself, a lot of years ago, and my “Lego” one that my son bought for me about six years ago.
So yeah! I loved it! I even keep Christmas cards of Nativities! ;o]
