As the head of Shurat HaDin Israel Law Center,Nitsana Darshan Leitner has been at the forefront of fighting terrorism and safeguarding Jewish rights worldwide by taking legal action to protect and defend the State of Israel and its citizens.
In response to Hamas taking hostages, Darshan Leitner made a video about the organization’s lack of action regarding the Israeli hostages.
“Where is the Red Cross?” Darshan Leitner asked in the video. “Since the Israeli hostages were seized by the Hamas terrorists on Saturday morning, no one knows of their conditions or whereabouts. We have no information of who was murdered and who remains alive. Authorities are not even sure of the numbers of captive involved.”
“The Red Cross is tasked with tracking those being held captive in times of war and ensuring they are being treated humanly and provided appropriate medical care. The Red Cross is obligated to make every effort to visit the captives and directly ensure their safe treatment and rights. They have a responsibility to report to the families, but the Red Cross is refusing to carry out its duties on behalf of the Israeli Hamas hostages.”

Refuses? Or fails to. Regardless, we quit giving to them decades ago.
I hope that this report is not accurate! Every year at Christmas, I volunteer several hours to ringing a bell in front of a Salvation Army red kettle. Unless this story is disputed, I will forgo my charitable contributions and utilize my time in another pursuit.
I never give to the Red Cross anyway , something smelled funny
Yes, some clarity please: Refuses or Fails to?
They're dispensable hostages, not prisoners of war.
Regardless, we quit giving to them decades ago.

Same here.
One man who served in Normandy with the 30th. Infantry Division told me when ever their ‘’Doughnut Mobile’’ showed up they'd charge the GI’s a dime for a doughnut and a cup of coffe.
Just how many guys able to survive combat in that hell hole had spare change on them I don't know but he did tell me one of his buddies didn't have any money, just ammo for his rifle.
He started arguing with one of the ‘’doughnut dollies’’ because she wouldn't serve him.
A lieutenant heard this, walked over, pulled out his .45 and said "How much is it lady?''. After that coffee and doughtnuts were ''on the house''.
From 2022, mentions the SA, too...
Check out where the money came from.
Why punish the SVA for the sins of the Red Cross?
I don’t think that the Red Cross and Salvation Army are the same organization.
Why punish the SVA for the sins of the Red Cross?
Was wondering the same.
🤔
Red Cross says in contact with Hamas, Israel over hostages (a href="https://www.france24.com/en/live-news/20231012-red-cross-says-in-contact-with-hamas-israel-over-hostages">https://www.france24.com/en/live-news/20231012-red-cross-says-in-contact-with-hamas-israel-over-hostages Article addresses both the hostages and the bigger picture plight of Palestinians.
Red Cross demands Hamas grant immediate access to hostages held in Gaza, https://www.timesofisrael.com/red-cross-demands-hamas-grant-immediate-access-to-hostages-held-in-gaza/ offers a more focus on the Islamic Hamas hostages.
So, no, it does not appear that the Red Cross is refusing to help the hostages, just a false headline to stir things up.
a Salvation Army red kettle
One of the good guys. Salvation Army , even if marginally ‘woke’, is truly a charitable organization first, not just a fundraising NGO like Red Cross or Humane Society of America.
Red Cross, HSA, Goodwill, others, are all salaries first paid for leadership and fundraising.
I learned about their corruption around the time that the March of Dimes was outed.
I’ve already given my opinion of the red cross. Spit!
You’re right…it s the Salvation Army red kettle, I think I’ll still help them out.
Useless organization. After the Almeda wildfire I was never able to make contact with them. Got zero help . They were there for the illegal aliens.
Tells us everything we need to know about Red Cross.
Red Cross == Non-funny joke...
For over 70 years...
