A coalition of 31 student groups at Harvard University that released a statement blaming Israel for terrorist attacks against the country by Hamas doubled down on the statement within hours of issuing it.
The coalition, which calls itself the Harvard Palestinian Solidarity Committee, released a statement Saturday and said that the "Israeli regime" was "entirely responsible" for the spate of terrorist attacks over the weekend by members of the terrorist group Hamas. Around 1,400 Israelis and Palestinians have been killed in the attacks.
“We, the undersigned student organizations, hold the Israeli regime entirely responsible for all unfolding violence,” the coalition, which predominately includes Muslim student groups, said.
The group also said that Israel's vow to retaliate against the attacks and "open the gates of hell" by attacking Hamas strongholds in Gaza would force Palestinians to "bear the full brunt of Israel's violence."
On Sunday, the day after the statement was issued, the group reposted the statement on Facebook and repeated its calls for Harvard University's administration to "divest" from companies that "operat[e] in illegal settlements."
"As always, we reaffirm our demands for the university to disclose the full extent of its investments, divest, and reinvest in Palestinian communities," the coalition posted while urging other student groups to sign the statement.
The group's statement was met with widespread criticism, including from some members of Congress, who accused the coalition of being overtly antisemitic.
"It is abhorrent and heinous that Harvard student groups are blaming Israel for Hamas’ barbaric terrorist attacks that have killed over 700 Israelis," Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), a Harvard alumna, posted on X (the social media website once known as Twitter). "Any voice that excuses the slaughter of innocent women and children has chosen the side of evil and terrorism. I am calling on the leadership of Harvard to immediately publicly condemn these vile anti-Semitic statements."
I graduated from the University of Florida, but it has gotten almost as bad as the main GloboHomo schools.

Defund Harvard
When...and I don’t doubt it’s coming....10s of thousands of Palestinians are relocated to America (refugees from Israeli terror, don’tcha know) I think Cambridge should get a couple three thousand of them.

If they decide on really coordinated attacks around the country it’s gonna be a hellish nightmare. On top of that, the feds first reaction is liable to be blaming and targeting us. Running around arresting people who criticized the criminals in DC on social media.
