Decorated Military Veteran J6 Prisoner Joe Biggs Stripped of Honorable Military Service – Faces 20 Years in Prison for Walking Inside US Capitol

On January 6, 2021, the former Infowars reporter traveled from his home in Florida to work security at several planned pro-Trump events in Washington DC that week.

Biggs and the Proud Boys were in DC to protect innocent Trump supporters and civilians while police looked the other way. The Proud Boys has done this for years as Antifa terrorized and burned down cities across America.

Biggs was filmed walking into the US Capitol building for a few minutes as police officers held the doors open. When he walked out, a friend told him he was looking for his son who was inside the building.

Biggs never committed any violence, never planned any insurrection, never planned any siege of the US Capitol. He only walked inside, protected police officers, stood around, and walked out.

"Were going to reward our friends, and punish our enemies"

-BHO, day after his 2012 election win.

What part didn't the country understand? Joe said "Gasoline needs to cost at least $5 per gallon" in 2009.

These people hide nothing. You can't claim deception.

How does ‘honorable military service’ become retroactively anything else?

There will be hell to pay in the near future.

“I’ve already had my honorable military service stripped from me. “

I don’t think that’s possible.

You are 100% right. When 0bama said that he was going to “fundamentally change America” that is exactly what he meant. Afterwards, the stupid sheep applauded like a bunch of trained seals.

This is why Trump wears these rigged corrupt indictments like they’re a badge of honor.

“In March 2021, Biggs’ lawyer, J. Daniel Hull, stated in a court filing that Biggs had acted as an FBI informant in 2019 and 2020, reporting on planned locations and routes for Proud Boys rallies...”

Joe is not a swell guy allegedly but I read no justification for a lengthy prison sentence.

What about Ray Epps; the DOJ and Pelosi front man. Numerous vids of him with a bullhorn encouraging protesters to storm the Capitol and whispering in other’s ears giving instructions to keep the protest going. Why isn’t Epps in jail??????????

You cannot strip the service. Only the recognition of that service and the nation that does this does not deserve to exist.

I'm sure we're all going to find out. Brought to us by the same people that made a deceased military member's family fork out 60k to return her body to America.

Each of the branches of the military, including the U.S. Coast Guard, has their own discharge review boards. These boards have the authority to change or correct any discharge or dismissal from the Service, unless it was the result of a general court martial.

https://www.military.com/military-transition/correcting-discharge-status.html#:~:text=Each%20of%20the%20branches%20of,of%20a%20general%20court%20martial.

That general court martial hasn’t happened and he is a civilian. A dishonorable discharge can be upgraded by the specific board during retirement. But lowering it below the status established cannot without recalling the member to active duty, he is not commissioned, and re-establishing the new status with evidence to back the change. But there is no legal way to lower the discharge without recalling as he does not fall under military justice of the UCMJ at the time of the act as a civilian. This won’t stay and they know it. Federal court will toss it. The other side of the boat is as a retiree, he is receiving retirement compensation consistent with an NCO, and that will be effected all the way back to his discharge date if they try to do this. And the reason is the same as why they can’t downgrade the discharge, the charges against him were not earned as a military member. It will also effect the status of his dependent’s compensation (DIC) after his death. It just gets worse and worse for the feds. I see a hell of a lawsuit and his family will own one side of the pentagon.

But he was trespassing and civilian court handles that in this case unless he was doing espionage. Doesn’t rise to the level and is improperly used.

Unfortunately conservatives tend to believe that “taking the higher path” is always the best path, and never return the favor

The Dems know this; and count on it. The rule of never striking below the belt only applies to us, never to them. They will never experience what it feels like to be the prey; so why would they ever relent?

They have no honor, and certainly no reason to ever stop their behavior because they know we lack the balls to fight back using the same tactics. That’s why they hate Trump. He fights back using their tactics
