Coors Light to Host Denver Pride Parade, After Apparently Learning Nothing From Bud Light Fiasco

Coors Light has learned nothing from Bud Light’s Dylan Mulvaney fiasco and is proceeding to host the “2023 Coors Light Denver Pride Parade.” Denver Pride announced in a blog post, “Join us Sunday, June 25, 2023 beginning at 9:30 am for the Coors Light Denver Pride Parade! The Parade spans 14 blocks of Colfax Avenue from Cheesman Park to Civic Center, where the celebrations continue at day two of Denver PrideFest.”

The event, which is expected to draw over 100,000 people of all-ages, is also being sponsored by JPMorgan Chase & Co., Verizon, Visa, Walmart, Amazon, Target, and Starbucks.

Adam Collins, chief communications and corporate affairs officer for Molson Coors, the parent company of Coors Light, told Fox News, “At the end of a long day or the start of a great night, everyone deserves to feel comfortable having a drink and being themselves.”

“That’s why beer, wine and spirits companies like ours have supported Pride for decades, why we’ll do so in 2023 and why we’ll continue to do so for decades to come,” he added.

Yeungling, or Modelo, or Guinness , or a good local craft beer. I’m good with that.

This was Coors war to win with this strategy- “We’ll take you effeminate light beer drinkers because you’ll see our beer is better, but really our banquet beer is the best mass consumer beer made and will become the best selling beer in America.” Marketing really isn’t that hard to figure out. Looks like they too butchered this.

Modelo is owned by InBev, which owns Anheuser Busch. You are just moving money from their right pocket to their left.

Craft beer makers are licking their chops at the debacle, as they know their sales will increase as buds and coors sales slump- people gonna be experimenting with new beers as a result of corporate woke ideology ruining recognized brands

I only drink mexican or local microbrew beers.

Cannot stand the mass produced swill, bud or coors.

Good to know, first and last one tonight.

Amazing, what about the duty to stockholders?

That question aside, we traditional, straight, American adults have so very many choices. It's so easy to cross a beer company off our list.

Oh, and it's not like such a negative can be easily over come, as we Conservatives seem to have such peskily long memories.

Coors?

Toodles.

“Pride” and transgenders are probably not equated in the minds of most people.

If there are Freepers in Denver, they might be able to give Coors a black eye by taking pictures of the parade and the ensuing festivities. Pride parades have been lax on excluding people who are scantily dressed and those who are drag queens. Posting videos of those and mentioning Coors might raise some eyebrows.

The mainstream media never manages to put thos pictures on the nightly news.

Modelo USA is owned by Constellation Brands. AB InBev gets no money from US Model sales. Compare this to Kit Kat bars. The ones sold in the US are Hershey's. All over the rest of the world it is Nestle.

Cannot stand the mass produced swill, bud or coors.

Looking at the top 10 selling brands, there is a large swill drinking audience that will be served by SOMEbody. They have the top SEVEN spots.

My crystal ball is telling me that this marketing genius for Coors Beer Co. will soon be kicking road apples.

I actually now believe the beer companies want people to drink less of their beers.

It’s a plot to kill off beer and get more people to drink hard seltzer which is proven to make all males and frogs who drink it turn gay.

Kind of like how the Nazi govt. didn't crack down on the perpetrators of Kristallnacht.

Almost like they actually supported the carnage!
