This list only includes destroyed vehicles and equipment of which photo or videographic evidence is available. Therefore, the amount of equipment destroyed is significantly higher than recorded here. Small arms, ATGMs, MANPADS, loitering munitions, drones used as unmanned bait, civilian vehicles, trailers and derelict equipment are not included in this list. All possible effort has gone into avoiding duplicate entries and discerning the status of equipment between captured or abandoned. Many of the entries listed as 'abandoned' will likely end up captured or destroyed. Similarly, some of the captured equipment might be destroyed if it can't be recovered. When the origin of a piece of equipment can't be established, it is not included in the list. The Soviet flag is used when the equipment in question was produced prior to 1991. This list is constantly updated as additional footage becomes available.

The Russian military, the second largest military in the world, may not be what it looks like. Lies and systematic corruptions may in fact have dragged Russia into this war with Ukraine, which has been heavily backed up by the US and NATO. We will present the evidence, you make your own decision, because the Russian Army, is not what you think.

Designed to support the U.S. Army Captains Career Course, “Understanding Combined Arms Warfare” defines and outlines the important aspects of modern combined arms operations. This is not a complete history of combined arms warfare. It is intended to highlight the most important aspects of the subject.
The beginning of the documentary establishes a common understanding of combined arms warfare by discussing doctrinal and equipment developments in World War I. The second part compares the development of French and German Army mechanization during the interwar period and describes how each country fared during the Battle of France in 1940. The film concludes by showing how the United States applied combined arms operations in the European Theater in World War II.

[ Russians Try Counterattack. Fail Miserably & Get Demolished ]
••Day 482: Jun 20
Today there are a lot of updates from the south.
First of all, in order to dispel all doubts about the decisiveness of the victory attained in the battle for Piatykhatry, Ukrainian fighters released a lot of combat footage.
The videos show intense shelling and destruction of Russian positions as a part of the preparation for the assault.
Interestingly, this artillery preparation took place right between Piatykhatly and Zherebianky, exactly where one of the attacks was delivered.
This attack allowed Ukrainians to achieve 2 crucial tasks: cut off Russian forces from support and set conditions for the encirclement.
Next, Ukrainians showed how they used UR-77 de-mining systems on the approaches to the settlement.
Judging by the footage, Ukrainians did not use it to clear the way from mines but rather eliminate Russian positions in a tree line in front of the Ukrainian positions in the forest.
After clearing the surroundings and opening the gate for the attack on the settlement, Ukrainians identified the areas where Russians started creating the biggest resistance points and used their artillery to suppress Russian fire and undermine Russian defenses, which finally allowed Ukrainians to enter the western part of the village.
The footage shows that Russians rolled out their tanks in the center of the settlement and started demolishing the houses that Ukrainians used as cover.
The next fragments show how Russian forces started withdrawing their heavy equipment because of the dwindling prospects of a successful defense.
However, as mentioned at the beginning, the first axis of the Ukrainian attack became the road that connects the 2 villages, so the column was ambushed by the Ukrainian ATGM crews and destroyed.
Ukrainian drone operators also released plenty of videos, which suggest that many Russian infantry fighting vehicles and personnel carriers were destroyed by kamikaze drones.
Such a rapid change in conditions allowed Ukrainians to pull their tanks closer to the village, as the footage shows Ukrainian tanks operating in the western part of Piatykhatky.
Soon after that, Ukrainians took into a pocket the Storm Ossetia Battalion and completely liberated the settlement.
Nonetheless, today in the morning, Russian forces once again tried to launch a powerful mechanized assault and recapture Piatykhatky. Unfortunately for Russians, Ukrainians established extensive fire control over the main Russian roads and spotted the Russian column already on the approach.
Geolocated footage shows that Russian tanks and armored fighting vehicles entered the trap, faced destructive artillery fire already in Zherebianky, and the furthest Russian vehicles got before being destroyed was around 50 meters out of the settlement.
Ukrainian fighters reported that after losing almost all equipment, Russian units on the zero line had to continue storming with pure infantry, which did not work very well in this particular scenario.
In the meantime, Ukrainians continued moving forward. Today it was confirmed that Ukrainian forces conducted successful offensive actions in the vicinity of the first northern gully.
If we look at the topographic map, we can see that this area is very convenient for advancing because such a narrow gully allows to avoid crossfire.
Given that Ukrainians already controlled Lobkove, such actions allowed them to fully secure the hill, from which Ukrainians could start assaulting Russian positions in the tree lines.
Today many Russian sources reported that Ukrainians established fire control over the road that connects Zherebianky to Luhuve, meaning Ukrainians likely achieved significant success and got closer to Zherebianky from the north.
As you might have noticed, Ukrainians are using basically the same approach here as with Piatykhatky because Ukrainians are once again putting their main emphasis on cutting off supply and support of the Russian group, isolating individual Russian positions, and setting conditions for an encirclement.
Even though it is hard to encircle Russian forces physically, Russian forces still have no escape: the road to the west is under total fire control, the fields to the south are mined, and Ukrainians are advancing from the north and east.
••On the eastern front, in the Torske and Dibrova directions, the Russian attacks were demolished by mine fields and artillery.

UA Intelligence warned that when the Russians mined the dam a year ago, the risk of them blowing it was very high. Now the same source is warming that the morning of the cooling systems of the reactor presents the same high risk.
If the Russia deliberately blow the cooling systems the 6 reactors will melt down and blow up - the biggest technological disaster possible that the human race has ever faced.
Most of Ukraine will be uninhabitable, plus all of Moldova, portions of Romania, Turkey, southern Russia and Suni, Kursk, and Belgorod regions, northward to Belarus.
Radiation clouds could reach Europe, Africa, and even most of Russia itself. [ The Russian do not fear radioactivity as the West does: Empire of Calamity - Making Plutonium in Stalin’s Russia - https://www.ucis.pitt.edu/nceeer/2011_825-07_Brown.pdf ]
Nothing is being done to stop the Russians from blowing the reactors - it’s a mined military based for them. [ And perhaps, Putin’s Ace-in The-Hole to take Ukraine on his terms; further the blowing of the dam was the first step in his Plan. ]
All of Europe could be abandoned, sending refugees to the US, South America, Australia etc. And cause a wider war. [ I’m beginning to think Putin has the same disease as the Mad Mullahs of Iran. It’s not Vlad Putin, but Mad Putin. ]

Because of the wonderful success Russia has had in its Ukraine war, all of the leaders, including Putin, are beginning to drink more [ is that possible? ]. This increased drinking helps them cope with the depression stemming from UA counter attack. [ Copium has spread over the Empire, with cope cages and now cope vodka. ]
If you thought Russia leaders made poor decisions before, now they will make even poorer ones - like blowing 6 nuclear reactors.

If the UA offensive goes to Melitopol, it is only 87km because of the big lake to its south. While from Velyka Novasilka to Berdyansk its 115km.
They needs Western aviation assets to make this offensive work the way it should, but do not have them, so the offensive will be slower than it needs to be with higher casualties.

Retired US General Ben Hodges said that during WWII when the Allies opened a second front, it was also very slow going.
••Advance of Ukrainian forces is not easy as 200,000 km² of Ukrainian territory is mined by Russian troops - Volodymyr Zelenskyy for Air Force.
“Whatever some people want, including attempts to pressure us, with all due respect, we will advance on the battlefield as we see fit,” the president stressed.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy also noted that the counteroffensive is slower than we would like.
“Some people think this is a Hollywood movie and are waiting for the results now. This is wrong. People’s lives are at stake.
No matter how far we advance in the counteroffensive, we will not go for a frozen conflict, because this is a war, this [that] is a hopeless development for Ukraine,” the president said.
As for the use of nuclear weapons by the Russian Federation, Vladimir Zelensky does not believe in such a prospect.

With the advent of Drone Wars 3.0 “combined arms” will have to be reimagined. Doesn’t really matter, the Generals are always fighting the last war.
Valiant effort; C minus; Don’t give up your day job.
For a better grade, rewrite in iambic pentameter.
Silly fellow. Not being enrolled in your creative writing endeavor, there can be no acceptable grade given for this wee doggerel. I think it was actually a fail, in the pass-fail system. If you'd care to demonstrate your "I am Bick," next time comment in rhyme. Best creative wishes.
Even so, do you think the Ukrainians wanted the Russians to invade and kill them?
Isn’t fighting back what most people do when attacked?
Is that jolly gay destruction or refusal to be subjugated, and give up half your land and peoples?
I’m beginning to think it’s not Joe Biden and global hohos that are hated by the Russian supporters, but the fact the Ukraine didn’t roll over to Russian brutality.

Or they are being paid ...
Thanks for a serious question. I don't think "the Ukrainians" had or have any real vote in anything. Neither "the Russians." Please don't forget that well before the Maidan and all, the princelings of Biden, Pelosi, Kerry and friends of Romney were extracting millions from a nation -- "the Ukrainians" -- where the median income was little more than a few thousand dollars, converted from hryvnia into USD.
Did "the Ukrainians" have any say in that? I wager they did not.
I don't think any people want to be invaded or killed. I count you in that number, as myself. But events and players across the much larger span of time than a couple of years are deep in the mire, and volunteers as well as the conscripted are losing their lives -- or taking lives -- in a far larger battle raging across time. As with the game of climate change, everything depends on where the "curtain of time" is begun and ended. I am sure that we would disagree about where the time boundaries are in this. But that is a matter of much longer and detailed discussion. I do suspect that certain interests, American and European, but not "the Americans" and not "the Europeans," have long fomented corruption and war for their own interests. And now they have it. And now we have it. What to do? It's an enormous discussion. ORYX is a tiny part of that, counting and tallying statistics.
I leave this comment with a quote from pre-WWII Germany and the humorist, Kurt Tucholsky, in "Französischer Witz," 1932. "The war? I cannot find it to be so bad! The death of one man: this is a catastrophe. Hundreds of thousands of deaths: that is a statistic!"
In the original, if you have interest:
„Der Krieg? Ich kann das nicht so schrecklich finden! Der Tod eines Menschen: das ist eine Katastrophe. Hunderttausend Tote: das ist eine Statistik!“
Best wishes.

see here for more accurate citations:
https://quoteinvestigator.com/2010/05/21/death-statistic/
In 1925 a journalist and satirist named Kurt Tucholsky wrote a piece in a German newspaper that included a statement that was similar to the quotation. Here was the original text together with an English translation:[4]
Darauf sagt ein Diplomat vom Quai d’Orsay: „Der Krieg? Ich kann das nicht so schrecklich finden! Der Tod eines Menschen: das ist eine Katastrophe. Hunderttausend Tote: das ist eine Statistik!”
At which a diplomat from French Ministry of Foreign Affairs replies: “The war? I can’t find it too terrible! The death of one man: that is a catastrophe. One hundred thousand deaths: that is a statistic!”
And so, in aimbic pentameter---
When Speedy PIF's the call to arms this day,
He speeds to bring yet more to swell the fray;
See how the posts and comments come to play
As dying men five thousand miles away
Show what is truly real, bleeds out, away.
To L O L and sing and dance just may
Reduce the deaths to stats and dulled cliché.
