MARY TRUMP: Right? And it’s you know, white people don’t want to hear this. And even even allies don’t like facing this stuff. And I get it. But it’s it’s time to own up to the fact that we are here because not only have we never atoned for our original sins. We’ve never properly acknowledged them and now Republicans want to erase them entirely. And part of that, it’s not just the original sins of of enslaving an entire race of people and destroying an entire other race of people. But it’s, it’s not owning what white people in America have gained from the advantage of white supremacy and white privilege. And I think when you confront people that directly, they get defensive.

MARY TRUMP: And that’s the problem. It’s like, okay, you’re not responsible. Nobody here is responsible for what happened 400 years ago. Those people are long dead. But that doesn’t mean that we haven’t benefited from the system that continues to this day to operate in America.

Then how do you explain white people who are poor?
Appalachia? Hillbillies and piney wood folks? The Okies of the 1930s? Backwoods Maine? The hills and hollers of rural folk?
This is the biggest failing of people that say this crap.
They tend to think ALL white people live in Malibu or Chevy Chase or Orange or Westchester County or Cambridge or Berkeley... Not everyone by far. There are almost as many poor white people as the totality of blacks in this country, including rich ones and poor ones.
Usually it's some purple-haired undergrad at Northwestern, Harvard, Yale, UCLA, or a hundred other elite universities.
They are daughters of lawyers, dentists, doctors and stockbrokers.
None of them have a daddy that drives or fixes a truck for a living, or makes something with his hands, or only graduated high school.
The white upper middle class female is totally indoctrinated in unreality.
How did anyone "destroy a race"? Africa was a continent of slaves long before Europeans got there. Enslaving and killing each other was what Africans did. All that the white Europeans (and the many Muslim and Jewish middlemen) did was buy some of the merchandise that was up for sale.
