E Jean Carroll sparred with Trump’s lawyer on Thursday after she claimed Trump “raped” her.
She told Trump’s lawyer that after she was raped she called a friend and told her about the alleged assault.
Carroll claims she phoned her friend Lisa Birnbach to tell her what had happened and that she was laughing during the phone call.
Joe Tacopina took a quote from E. Jean Carroll’s book where she said Birnbach told her the sexual assault wasn’t funny but she “couldn’t stop laughing.”
Carroll told Tacopina she was laughing because she was full of adrenaline and that she didn’t call the police because she was afraid of Trump.
“I did not want to tell my story,” Carroll testified, according to NBC News. “I was afraid of Donald Trump.”

Writer E. Jean Carroll, who alleges in a lawsuit that Donald Trump raped her in the 1990s in a New York department store, was questioned Thursday by a lawyer for the former president who repeatedly suggested her claim was made up.
“You were supposedly raped?” Trump lawyer Joe Tacopina asked Carroll early in his cross-examination.
“I was raped,” Carroll responded.
Tacopina pressed her on details about the alleged attack in the afternoon, asking skeptically about her contention that she didn’t remember seeing any other people on the sixth floor in the lingerie department of a Bergdorf Goodman, where she said she was raped in a dressing room.
“I saw no one on the floor,” she said, telling Tacopina her attention was trained on her conversation with Trump, which she thought was “funny” until he assaulted her.
Tacopina asked why she didn’t “scream for help.”
“I’m not a screamer. I was in a panic, fighting,” she said, becoming visibly emotional. “You can’t beat up on me for not screaming.”

In the nineties?! She can't be more specific? And what department store. And where? It's a farce. I would think any woman who has been raped would remember everything in painful detail.
She was a cable talk show host. I wonder if she took acting classes, too — if not in the 90’s, then currently when the Democrats decided to use her to take Trump out. How does she cry now over something that happened over 30 years ago, but it wasn’t bad enough to report it at the time? I don’t trust her.
If you’ve ever been to Bergdorfs - or had been especially at that time - this is totally unbelievable.

There are experts on liars. I’ve seen footage explaining the psychologic issuance of elaborate exposés, lengthy journal entries, manafesto’s, overly detailed and exacting recollections (et al) are all things considered by the professional investigators of this mental phenomena.
And then there are the promoters who host these psychopaths... Stephanopoulos and Baldwin during his explanation of events during the shooting of the director of Rust, complete with background music... that was certainly creepy but was being passed off as some type of bonification that the audience was supposedly expected to believe.
A segment was put out just the other day that E. Jean Carroll basically narrated in a hauntingly 60 Minutes type vignette.
It’s propaganda, if it’s not... it sure resembles propaganda. Calculated, slick production. It’s very fantastical and is produced with out regard for the intelligence of the audience. Very strange indeed.
We have a corrupt and expensive law system in the United States.
We need an honest, efficient, inexpensive law system, but that would make many parasites very unhappy.
