Wealthy Disney heiress Abigail Disney has for years called for the wealthy to pay more in taxes. So at a recent "Tax The Rich!" rally in Washington, D.C. where Disney and fellow leftwing millionaires were calling for increased taxes on the rich, Stephen Moore showed up with pledges for them to sign in which they would volunteer to pay 90% of their income in taxes. Guess how many of them signed the pledge?
Bonus embarrassing excuses from the virtue signaling Abigail Disney for your entertainment.
PING!
Nothing is stopping them from paying what they deem their “fair share”.
Rather than raise taxes let’s see the “progressives” end their handouts for pet projects and all tax loopholes (credits for approved activities, EV for example)
Personally I’d like to see everyone with skin in the game. If a program is proposed they will be required to disclose how much your taxes will increase. More cost benefit analysis, no more hiding .
Well, higher income taxes might keep the Nouveau Riche out of truly upscale ‘hoods.
The newly rich generally do seem to lack good taste.
Yup! Nothing is stopping them from paying a full 10% of their income in taxes. The Treasury Department will accept it.
Fauxahontas, what should the new tax threshold be?
Let me check with my accountant first.
Isnt the left mantra….. okay for thee but not for me?
Spot on!
When the hypocrites give 90% of their income, and live In a h9me that is 90% less expensive and nice, and war clothing and drive cars That are 90% less ritzy, and give up their privste planes and first class flights everywhere, th3n maybe people will begin tO take them seriously- till then they are nothing But liberal hypocrites who spout “do as i say, not as i do” nonsense
Chin music, Abby was in DC for “pizza”
Ahahahaha! Don’t ya jes’ love it
You mean....you mean....US pay 90%?? Nonononono...that’s for someone ELSE to do, man!
I’ve watched the video twice and laughed as much the second time as the first. The sheer look of terror on Ms. Disney and the other millionaires’ faces was something to behold.
