Joe Scarborough has degenerated from hard-core conservative member of Newt's 1994 revolution into shameless Democrat sycophant.
Scarborough's obsequious new persona was on full display on today's Morning Joe. Reporting from Ireland on Pres. Biden's trip there, Scarborough's spiel was one long gush. It sounded so servile that even paid Biden flack Karine Jean-Pierre might have balked at reading it from her binder.
Scarborough summarily dismissed Biden's gasp-worthy gaffe, in which he confused the New Zealand rugby team with the the Black and Tans, which the New York Post describes as " the nickname for members of the notoriously brutal Royal Irish Constabulary, who were enlisted by the British to fight against Irish Republicans and committed atrocities against civilians during the Irish War of Independence."
Instead, Scarborough gave a relentlessly upbeat take on Biden's trip, displaying a number of positive newspaper headlines, including the 'Biden Joy' one seen in the screencap. Biden received "a joyous welcome to Parliament yesterday. And in fact, the front page story here, it said Biden's happiness and enthusiasm was so infectious because it was obviously so sincere."
And Joe Biden has had headlines like this [holds up another newspaper front page] since he first got here: "Biden Joy."

I could be wrong, but I kind of doubt that. In my opinion, the toxic environment over there wasn’t what made him liberal. Hes just selling out for money. Its his multi-million dollar contract (about 13 million a year as I understand it) with MSNBC in return for which he spouts liberal nonsense, much like an actor with a script.
He’s bought and paid for and he knows what he has to say in order to keep those millions rolling in. If he were to start being honest and give up the liberal talking points, and go back to espousing and supporting conservative points of view, he knows perfectly well that MSNBC will quickly cancel his contract and he can kiss those millions of dollars goodbye.
Well, he is a sad story. But the MSNBC originally left him to be a conservative. I actually used to listen to him (a long time ago).

Only thanks to the millions of dollars MSNBC pays him annually. I really don’t believe he believes in the liberal nonsense he spews on the air. He does it for the dollars and only the dollars.
I’m pretty sure if someone came along, outbids MSNBC, and asks Scarborough to declare himself a non binary goldfish for a year, that’s exactly what he would do.
