During a recent episode of The Charlie Kirk show, Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz discussed the likelihood of joining the legal team of former President Trump (who he’s represented before), as well as the chances of a Trump conviction.
Kirk asked, “If you were personally called by President Trump to join his legal team, is that even something you’d entertain?”

The law professor then made a bold prediction about Trump’s indictment.
“I think he probably will be convicted by a New York jury who voted for Bragg and voted to get Trump. It will be reversed on appeal. It will never be affirmed all the way up to the Supreme Court.”

His comments were about how twisted the justice system is in NYC. He also said the conviction would be overturned on appeal.
Well, it WAS a NY grand jury that came up with that crap sandwich.

Dersh assumes that the jury will consist solely of Biden voters who hate Trump, but Trump actually got 1 out 8 Manhattan votes in 2020. He also enjoyed many years as a popular man about town in NYC. All he needs is one juror to hang it up. I’ll bet he gets it. Of course, this case might be tossed out before it even gets to a jury.

Hard to imagine any judge...or court...in the state of New York issuing any ruling that benefits DJT. His only hope is a Federal appeals court.
